I’d like to express my gratitude to the Muse management team/all Muse building staff for consistently providing me with a reliable, safe, beautiful, and overall wonderful rental experience throughout these past 5-6 years! Christina & Kyle always respond to phone calls and or emails in a prompt manner. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for facilitating positive apartment-living experiences, is truly in a league of its own. Their obvious dedication to making The Muse residents feel welcomed & a part of the Muse community is unparalleled. Since living here, I’ve had the luxury of attending events hosted by the Muse management team, including a spa / massage event, whiskey tasting, pet costume contests with professional photographers, & so much more. If you have the opportunity to rent here / reside at the Muse, consider yourself lucky. There really is no place like it! Regarding Maintenance - Victor is detail oriented, professional, efficient, extensively experienced, & just plain great at what he does. I’m really grateful to have had him as the building maintenance person throughout the past 5-6 years that I’ve been living at the Muse. He is always friendly, and undoubtedly has the quickest, most consistent turn-around time, regarding when a request is submitted-completed. Victor is always willing to share his knowledge via providing helpful tips related to maintaining the integrity of my apartment. I almost always leave an interaction with him having learned new & helpful information!

What I enjoy most is the quality of the little things. From my apartment’s layout to paying rent online, everything has been thought out and is easy. I would highly recommend living here to anyone and everyone!

I highly recommend the Muse. The leasing team is professional and competent. The building is safe and secure.

8 minutes ago New They charge $85-$150 to park in the building otherwise you will have to park on the street where the spaces are extremely limited. You will also be charged $70 to pay your rent if you want to pay using your card otherwise you are forced to link your bank accounts. The amenities only partially work. The garage door for the garage they charge you to park in is also always broken or inoperable so people have been found living in the garage and the stair case. Vehicle broken into before a couple times and told by staff to call renters insurance as there was no cameras. The staff are NOT ideal to work with. Not to mention the cracks along a few of the outside walls that look like foundational issues for the future. Plenty of other places where you can get better and more for less.

My leasing professional was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every question I had when moving in!

The muse has been a great experience, we love being able to walk to campus and the scenery is gorgeous. The parking garage guarantees that your car will be safe (we haven't had any issues in comparison to previous break-ins at another complex in Denver).

Muse is a very luxurious and beautiful apartment complex. Not super large but I love that. Beautiful studio apartment with modern and sleek interior.

Christina and Vanessa do an exceptional job making sure the Muse is an excellent place to live. They are very easy to talk to and consistently go out of their way to help us. Victor is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to maintenance requests.

This is a nice building to live in with walking access to DU and many restaurants. It is clean and well-kept and the apartments are updated with newer features. I have had a few issues in my apartment but the maintenance team is very responsive.

Ive really enjoyed living at Muse. Everyone has been really friendly, especially Vanessa. The apartments are beautiful with lots of storage. It is located in a nice area and very convenient. Compared to other apartments, Muse offers a place to call home for a competitive price.

These apartments are in a great location, right near DU, and the building and the floor plans are beautiful, but the staff are not at all helpful or friendly. I’ve been having issues with my neighbors having repeated domestic disputes, and shouting profanities at all hours of the night. I work in rental property management, and the manager started out helpful, but she has become extremely dismissive when I contact about the continuation of the problem. It’s very disappointing to be paying so much for rent and not having a professional management team. I would not recommend these apartments. I will be moving out when my lease term ends.

We have only lived here for a short while but we already love it! The staff are great and super helpful as well as fast communicators. The building is really nice and clean, great location, and has safe access to amenities during COVID which is awesome. We love it here!

A clean and quiet place to live, friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous apartments and a prime location. Close to downtown but not too close and a short walk to DU campus and restaurants.

Fanastic floor plans, homey choices of finish colors, not the terrible prison cell echo one would hear in most apartments. reasonably priced for being across the street from DU. Only thing to put the ammenities over the top would be a pool like the building down the street

I really like my clean building and good management.

I moved into the Muse about 8 months ago. It was a sudden move all the way from DC and I was limited on time to search for apartments. I visited many on my two day trip and came back to the Muse about three times. What stood out was the professional leasing and management staff who worked with me closely, and were able to answer each and every question I had about the property. Although I went through the entire leasing process from DC, it was simple and the staff were always available with I had questions. The amenities are fabulous, and the location doesnt get any better for DU students! Leo maintains a pristine building and always completes maintenance requests immediately. The community events are always awesome! Even though this is a new building, and no one has been here for very long, we have a very friendly group of tenants who have formed great friendships.

In a sea of new construction in the Denver metro area, Muse offers a higher quality living experience for adult residents who want the creature comforts of a home.

The Muse is an absolutely beautiful apartment. I moved from NC so I was not able to visit prior to move in, but the pictures did the place no justice. Its even better in person! They reserved elevator for me to use during move in, which made the process a lot easier. The community amenities are great and the staff is so friendly. I love Chloe and Jessica! So far, this place has made a great first impression and Im happy with my choice.

The Muse is a great apartment building that provides clean shared facilities and great community amenities. I chose it because it has the luxuries of a big complex but still maintains the atmosphere and community of a smaller boutique space.

From the moment I walked into Muse, I knew it was an apartment in which I wanted to live. The location was perfect, management was friendly and extremely helpful, and the overal vibe and sense of community in the building was very strong. My initial impression was that it seemed like a fun place to live, but also one where residents are respectful and the units are quiet. I am very happy with my decision to live at Muse.
