My apartment is a one-bedroom apartment, super comfortable and cozy. The gym has everything you need for a workout. All areas are always clean. The location is close to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over a year now, and it has truly felt like home from day one. The management team is incredibly professional, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents are comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is such a relief. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. I love the modern layout of the units—spacious floor plans, updated appliances, and plenty of natural light. The amenities are top-notch too: the pool area is always spotless, the fitness center is well-equipped, and there’s even a dog park that my pup absolutely loves. Neighbors are friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with noise or safety. It’s located in a great area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and highways. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Highly recommend!

Me mudé recientemente la experiencia ha sido bastante buena.El apartamento es moderno,bien distribuido y con electrodomésticos nuevos.La cocina está bien equipada, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y tener lavadora/secadora dentro del apartamento es una gran ventaja.El proceso de mudanza fue sencillo y el personal de la oficina fue amable y profesional.La comunidad en general es tranquila y las amenidades, como la piscina y el gimnasio, están bien mantenidas.Me gusta mucho el diseño del complejo: se siente como un mini resort.Hasta ahora, lo único que he notado es que a veces los pasillos no están tan limpios como deberían o hay olores en algunas áreas comunes, pero nada grave.También sería ideal que hubiera más disponibilidad de estacionamiento, especialmente por la noche. En general,estoy satisfecho con la elección y espero que la experiencia siga siendo positiva. Si estás buscando un lugar moderno y bien ubicado en Kissimmee,esta puede ser una buena opción.

The “gated” community I was so excited is a joke. The gate is always open or broken. Residents do not follow property guidelines and nothing but an email is ever done. My personal property has been damaged twice and there’s no cameras on property to see who did it. When things break it takes weeks or months to get it resolved. There’s a high pitched beeping on the first floor of my building that’s been constantly going off for 2 weeks. Rent continues to go up every year but Muse needs to do better at keeping the property up to justify these higher prices!

We love living at the muse! Maintenance team is great! However we have experienced not so great things as well.. rules not being upheld and people getting away with things. Kids trashing stairwells. Other than that living here is great! When bad things do happen they seem to be taken care of in a timely matter and emails are answered!

Residents don't stop at the posted stop signs. Residents leave trash in the lobby of my building, some Residents are to lazy to open the door to the trash compactor and just leave bags laying right next to the dumpster

The clubhouse is great, but it only operates during business hours, so I can never use it because of my work schedule. There's no security or monitoring, which has allowed strangers to use the amenities, and some residents have been damaging the common areas without anyone reporting or addressing the issue.

the most terrible community. there are “security gates” well I’ll tell you now they don’t work and will never properly work while you stay here. Our car was broken into and had all the tires stolen. The management has yet to respond to ANY of my emails, is very unhelpful, and the amenities are never working or are closed. DO NOT LIVE HERE, take your money somewhere else, TRUST ME

Everything has been very good, sometimes he has not liked that they close the amenities a lot, the lobby toilet I don't know how often they do it however I liked the set and I love my apartment

Excelente condomínio para se viver em Kissimmee, com ótimas instalações e infraestrutura completa. Condomínio oferece piscina, academia, área de churrasco, área de lazer e variados tipos de unidades de apartamentos, contando com uma administradora com excelente atendimento principalmente pela Sr Vincent. The zero entry pool is amazing and it's a blessing having an elevator. Love how quiet it is too. Most disability friendly apartment in the area! Very upscale

The management does nothing to enforce rules. My apartment constantly smells like weed and I’ve tracked it to the air vents which means residents won’t comply to rules and I’ve emailed management many times and haven’t even been replied to. The appliances are constantly having issues and never get fixed properly, the amenities are constantly undergoing maintenance, and the gates NEVER WORK. If they are working, they go back down with thin the week. We will be moving when contract is up. Not a great experience, ESPECIALLY for a “luxury” apartment complex.

I think the location is convenient and people are in general nice. However, the space under the staircase seems to be dirty all the time. They don’t seem to clean it and the carpet is dirty too.

Not so bad except the fact that we pay for amenities and we can’t access them after 6 o’clock we can’t even get to our package lockers because the doors are locked. The trash has gotten better they are picking up. The gate never works. It will work for a few days and then it’s broken the next as far as maintenance they are very prompt. The guys are awesome. It will get stuff done if something is broken.

I’ve already done this once but let’s do it again. Just when you think things are getting better the gates are open again, people still leave trash, food, broken computer monitors in the lobby, trash and condoms are underneath the stairs. And I’ll give it to management they really are trying and doing their best it just some residents like to ruin it for all residents.

Overall community has been wonderful! Any issues like mail keys or storage unit problems have been handled almost immediately when working with Vincent. He goes above and beyond and will always make sure you’re taken care of! When we see him while walking on property he always waves and makes our apartment feel welcomed! The hallways may be loud at times as this is both single / family apartment guests but once you get into your unit it is like crickets! Amenities are super fun and easy too! Best apartment complex (out of the 3) i’ve lived in while in the area!

Move in was easy with the elevator! Everyone has been very nice and helpful so far. The apartment is very spacious and modern. We chose the 2 bedroom with balcony.

So far really love the community. The apartment was given to me clean and bug free. That was my main concerns. I’m doing my own deep cleaning but it is really nice looking and love the lay out. Can’t wait to start living here once I move in all my furniture.

Unfortunately, this apartment complex is always dirty. From the entrance door to the buildings, sidewalks, hallways, and trash everywhere you see. There is a lack of cleaning and hygiene especially on the high traffic touch points like the handles on the doors and elevators buttons.

My apartment is great. Staff ruins it for all of us. I have my family living there as well in a different unit & we have all had terrible customer service with this new office group that has came in.

The underlying principle is tenants have the right to live in a safe and habitable property. Failure to maintain or repair I have emailed them , called them , went in the office about the matter they said that they would send someone out never did . I have message them on the portal aswell and never heard back from them. I took it upon myself called the police and fire department and a mold inspector. Half of my electricity in my apartm wasn’t working but I still paid my rent. It’s just absolutely upsetting to see people management that could be so careless. Me and my child health were at high risks because of the condition of the home.
