I love it here. It's easily the best place I've lived in Portland for endless reasons. I may never leave! (Just don't change the management)
I love the layout and design of these apartments. The windows are a huge huge plus. Overall this building is beautiful and definitely somewhere I can consider myself being for years
Terrible management, will have no concern for you if you have any issues. Expect to be locked out of the complex or have a broken washer and not have any help. Upon move out expect to be treated poorly. Management is constantly absent and changing as well. No AC. Too expensive. Cheap appliances. Electric fans will not work properly. I have lived at multiple complexes in the area and this one was by far the worst experience, I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up.
The location and quality of the finishes were excellent. If the HVAC system of the building went offline, it made the humidity very bad which could've led to window damage. Wood windows in a wet climate such as Portland is a bad idea. We did not like the ventless washer and dryer as they were difficult to use and gave us wrinkly clothes back. They also made the space very hot when running the dryer.
Great if you don’t have a car. Parking situation is not ideal.
We love the apartment and location. People are friendly. Service meets expectations. Noise level is an issue.
It would depend on their needs with respect to accessibility or location. The lack of trash chutes is a little awkward for someone in a wheelchair, but generally I'd recommend friends live here.
I would because the apartments are beautiful and very new. With that recommendation I would tell people to leave nothing in their car and not to use the bike area what so ever. The matrix is scary and it doesn't feel like there are good options on the parking situation.
