Great living community. so modern and sleek. Centrally located next to everything and very close to Downtown. The light-rail is across the street also.

I want to rate it 4.5, but it doesn’t seem like I can. I’m approaching 2 years here, and it’s my favorite home. Leasing staff and maintenance promptly respond to my inquiries and concerns. I have had fun with the resident life team at events. I’m grateful for assigned parking in a garage.

Great place to live. Management is very helpful and efficient, common areas are mostly clean, there’s security available at all times, apartments are very nice and kept in good condition.

The building stinks like putrid trash. Gates and garage doors are not secure. Doors do not shut and/or will not open. Building dirty, stained and broken. Dog poop left in landscaping for days on end.

The staff is always extremely helpful. I’d recommend being open on Sunday or having more assistance when the office is closed. Overall great place to live! Not many places have 24 hr amenities

The Muse community is a great place to live. Seems like a very lively community especially given the amenities being 24 hours, the main reason I moved here. Very happy with everything at the Muse thus far. Only negative feedback is things seem to be a bit unorganized, ran into a few issues that could have been avoided but grateful they were all minor issues. Excited to be living here for the next year, living the city girl life!

I like this community but there are a few things that feel like the management company is doing their best to squeeze money out of the residents. 1)Parking - I live here and have been ticketed more than once. The leasing office is no longer appealing tickets on our behalf so now I have to do that with whomever owns the garage. What is the point of having a leasing office with 3-4 staff if every single time I ask a question its out of their hands??? 2) Rent fees - I paid my rent but for some reason it didn't register on the site. Come the 5th of the month I was charged $75. I reached out to the leasing office and they said they submitted a ticket but I still ended up having to pay extra money. Even though my rent has never been late. 3) Either the door to enter the building is not working or the handles are missing. 4) I was told that someone was stealing toilet paper. I can't imagine that there was NO OTHER WAY to deal with this than putting locks on the community bathrooms.

Sound proofing is horrible. I hear my upstairs neighbors every movement. My AC has gone down 3 times in the past month. The trash room down the hall always has a nasty smell. That’s just a few gripes of which there are many more, which is to say, that’s apartment living.

Nice place. Great staff. Close to everything. Easy to get to downtown and the airport. Apartments are modern with lots of space compared to others in the area. Good value.

I would actually give Muse an 4.5. Everything has been pretty solid. The main recurring issue is FOBs to the building and the gym randomly not working. These are usually fixed within 24hrs but it seems to happen every month. This can be a pain if it’s early in the morning or late in the evening when staff isn’t at Muse. The staff have all been very friendly.

Move in was a breeze and the staff was helpful. The biggest problem is the dog park. The dog park was one of the deciding factors. Turns out it’s nearly unusable due to constant state of being covered in largest dog poops I’ve ever seen. Even with bags owners never pick up the dinosaur sized droppings. It's a health hazard for pets and humans. Definitely gives you a taste of who your neighbors will be, lazy and selfish.

The staff were all super friendly, only downside is that it was difficult to get documents and information the first time requesting. I often had to send multiple emails, call or even go down to the office to get a response. The apartments are amazingly beautiful and the community is very well kept given the area. I’m excited to be moving in and apart of the downtown living.

Initially moving in in 2022, there were some issues. All those issues have been resolved once management was aware. I am very thankful to live here and feel the community is great!

parking is a huge issue, which the company must profit from greatly. security is also an issue, but as long as you invest in a ring you should have some peace of mind. happy with the unit. although the price is high, the gym and the location in the city make it worth it.

For anyone considering living at Muse, they give you one parking garage spot per unit. So if your household has more than one car, the others will be put on a waitlist for a spot and have to either pay $6 and change a day to park in visitors parking or see if they can rent a spot at a parking garage in the area. And the street parking on first ave is full like 98% of the time. They have a contract with Premium Parking (who are the ones giving out tickets) that I'm hoping will come to an end soon. Other than that, Amber at the front office is AWESOME and always so helpful and kind. The pool area is clean and taken care of, maintenance comes quickly when you put in a service request and the groundskeepers keep the outdoor areas as clean as possible, considering many dog owners don't clean up after their pets – which isn't Muse's fault. So, if you're a single-car home or don't mind paying the extra ~$200 fee per month to park a second car, I'd recommend Muse.

Overall, Muse is a great place to live. Parking isn’t the best, but you can’t beat 24/7 amenities and location is great. Staff is nice and friendly.

The parking here is a constant problem the apartment got greedy and now its causing its residents issues. Security is a joke and that ties in with that. The community board is monitored so you cant engage with other residents without being censored

Been here 1 yr. Staff is great. Mostly clean and quiet. Great pool area. Friendly folks. Good location. Good restaurants and salon. Nice apts inside. Cons Security doesn't do their job as far as quieting loud folks in pool area at 3am. Residents are complaining of homeless people trying to get in to their apts. from ground floor balconies. The retail stores at Muse on McDowell in my opinion should do a better job of keeping that area clean. Urine build up by bus stop against wall and it's no dog I can tell you. My truck mirror on my Dodge pickup was stolen-5th floor parking and someone smashed the window on my Ford work van-2nd floor parking. Someone parked in my spot and I had them towed, took tow truck over an hr to get there. I parked in the paid parking and used Foro 301 code so I wouldn't get ticketed (I've since learned that is not allowed and I could've been ticketed-another negative in my opinion). That dug into my sleep time as it was a Sun. night and I get up at 4am.

Apartment has great amenities and is in a great location. The staff is really nice and if there are any maintenance problems they are fixed within a day

Very nice apartments, if you’re on the first floor homeless people do just come up to your patio and the apartments don’t do very much about it. A lot of packages have been stolen out of the mailroom as well.

As far as the mailroom goes, we are very sorry for any unpleasant experiences with deliveries, unfortunately crime knows no address. Good place to live near downtown Phoenix. Most office locations are close by. Enjoy the saturday morning farmers market, amazing restaurants and parks.

Love living here! the only problem is the one parking spot per unit with a long wait list to get one. Not a fan of the premium parking thing
I rented my apartment while still in another state. The leasing agent Amber actually walked around the complex and showed me everything over video call. To top that, I had packages arrive while I was away because of a shipping nightmare and both Amber and Mia helped keep my things safe (including heavy packages)! Even after move in, everybody remains helpful and nice. The apartment complex is well maintained and within close distance to everything. I highly recommend.

The parking situation at the complex and awful. We only get one spot, have to have our guest pay, and now because of a system error we are all getting tickets. This is stressful and takes time out of my day to call and email and appeal the many unnecessary tickets. This parking system was put in place after I signed my lease and it had been an awful experience. The apartment is loud and often dirty and getting ahold of the leasing office is often very difficult. Would not recommend.

Community is beautiful with great amenities and the office staff are very kind and helpful. I really enjoy using the communities club house, resort style pool and gym. I rarely hear my neighbors which is great. I will only occasionally hear the gate closing and opening near the dog park. Overall, very content.

This place has gone way downhill since we moved in about 2 years ago. Our rent has even gone down $400 which should say a lot! The new parking enforcement is terrible and we have gotten four tickets so far when parked in our assigned spot. There’s dog poop everywhere. Our bikes were stolen from the bike room. The hot tub doesn’t work half the time from misuse. The halls are filthy (right now there’s ketchup on the walls). Half the gates don’t work so there are people who appear to be experiencing homelessness and not of sound mind wandering s around (they have hired a new security team which has helped). We can hear our upstairs and downstairs neighbors daily. With all that being said Unique, Mia, Amber, and the maintenance team are great and none of this is their fault.
