Murray Place

I moved in last week and my apartment was just as expected! My unit was clean, the property well maintained, and my neighbors seem quiet so far. The manager Bre has been very helpful and she made the move in process painless even with me doing it from out of state. 10/10 recommend!!

Murray Place has been a godsend for me! It's my first apartment and I was hesitant to move here after reading some of the old reviews, but I'm SO GLAD I picked Murray! It's quiet, the staff is so friendly, and the manager always solves my issues quickly. I feel safe being here and couldn't ask for a better environment! LOVE IT HERE!!

I absolute love the area! Management has been nothing but kind to my daughter, and I. Very clean place to live, clean apartments! Some thinks management is bad, but I thinks she does a great job in making everyone’s space here a great, peaceful living. I’ve been here over a year, and I have nothing bad to say.

Been here almost a year and LOVE IT! Can’t think of any complaints, honestly. It’s very quiet and for a one bedroom it’s very spacious!

Just moved in a 1 br that was remodeled. Love it!!! New flooring and stainless appliances. Staff has been great and i could not ask for a more convenient location.

My wife and I looked all over Monroe before deciding on Murray Place. Very well kept apartments that are convenient to everything. Plus the 2 bedrooms have 2 full baths. We are happy!

Rented from 2015 2026, NEVER AGAIN! The office personnel obviously does NOT do thorough background checks on tenants, this is extremely noticeable as soon as you walk around everywhere except near the office. Most residents have no respect for anyone, not even for themselves. Neighbors are very noisy, talking loud, yelling, fighting, loud televisions, loud banging bass music, parties, disruptive guests, always fighting for certain parking spaces as if they own them. The hallways stairwells always smell disgusting from people smoking in them. No doubt there's illegal drug happenings because you not only can smell marijuana often but chemical smells that aren't same smells as cleaning chemicals if you know what I mean. Strange people coming in and out different times day and night but mainly at night even around 3-6 a.m. Many times one car will park crooked purposely to take up 2 spaces at once. Many neighbors have more than 1 or 2 vehicles which takes up more spaces unfair to other tenants. Guests should park in the back rows instead of always filling up parking spaces in front of apartments which is also unfair to other tenants. Neighbors are always SLAMMING DOORS, BANGING AGAINST WALLS 24/7 so loud and forceful that it not only rattles your windows but you can feel the hard 'thump' on the floor. There is no security patrol as they try to make you believe. There is a person that keeps an older police car parked but never drive it. When you call that person from the # office people give you for courtesy patrol-Monroe police department resident- the person will yell at you telling you they're not the police and to stop calling. Kids are always in parking lots and on the streets instead of playground or under adult supervision. Kids are always playing football or 'pretend basketball' in parking lots around cars and balls are constantly hitting cars and sometimes kids bounce basketballs against ends of buildings which makes alot of noise inside apartments. This place is nothing less than a jungle of unruly uncivilized beings!

Moved into Murray Place last week. Mrs. Kathy had everything taken care of when I got there. Love my new place!! Thanks Mrs Kathy!

Murray Place Apartments is a very nice place to live. Safe ,Clean and Friendly environment.

I love Murray place apartments they are friendly and have a very family type of environment going on. the management is great and clean,i love it.

I been here for about a year, my air is CONSTANTLY down and they refuse to fix it correctly. Terrible management team, they can't keep up with who's paid and who hasn't. I'm always on time on rent yet I've gotten many notices because they don't have their stuff together!! Don't move here! You'll regret it.

This place is horrible and ripoff i pay my rent every month and they said i have been behind sonce june dont move here

New name but same problems. The have a lot of crime and vandalism on the property. Management is very slow to respond to complaints. They should do a more thorough background check on new and previous tenants.
