Muirfield Village Apartments

This is a great place to live. It is centrally located to everything. The staff are friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. It’s nice and peaceful here.

I have enjoyed living here at Muirfield. I chose the community because it is so green and beautiful! Our landscaping company does an exceptional job! Also the maintenance guys are so responsive! And the pool is very relaxing and has a good mix of sun and shade.

Since I’ve been living here at Muirfield Village I’ve received nothing but positive energy from the staff. Any questions or issues I had they were very attentive. I would definitely recommend Muirfield to my family and friends.

I am enjoying my beautiful apartment and I love the common areas. The grounds are lovely and I really like the neighborhood. I like the dog park and I feel safe here, only wish the back of my building didn’t smell like weed. That is something I do y like and shouldn’t be subjected to.

enjoy me and my daughter staying here. she love the walking distance to stores and being able to be outside. the community is everything , so peaceful and friendly .

I have really enjoyed living here, so much so that I am actually moving back to live here again because I enjoyed it so much the first time! The staff are kind and I love that maintenance is reliable. It’s one of, if not, the best experience I’ve had living in an apartment complex.

Overall, enjoy living here. The location is great and the units are really spacious. They are a little older, but I wanted the homier feel and warmer tones that are harder to come by in apartments these days. Appliances are dated, though. Maintenance is very response as well as office staff.

I love living here, and the staff is awesome! Such a convenient location close to 540. The pool is relaxing. Our apartment looks out over a large grassy area good for the grandchildren to play.

Clean and quiet community with nice amenities and an open floor plan. Maintenance works quickly to resolve any issues that come up and communication is great

Love the location most days but lately the construction noises and sirens have become too much. Also, my building in particular seems to have a lot of plumbing issues. I definitely feel the price of the rent is too high for what they are offering. However, still a nice, safe place to live

Great experience with this neighborhood as a new Raleigh resident. They keep the neighborhood very clean and the neighbors are friendly. The dog park is a nice amenity to have. If maintenance is requested, they respond in a timely manner.

Nice place, grounds kept up well. Amenities are a bit dated. The community as a whole is quiet. The other residents are cordial. I enjoy living here.

My stay for the past couple of years have been amazing . Staff is great . Anytime i have a question they quick with the answer I need. This is a very quiet neighborhood which I love that.

Everyone has been helpful and so nice. I feel very good about my move here. Coming from a house into an apartment I had concerns. But Muirfield has made the transition so smooth! Met many of my neighbors and seems like a good community.

I chose Muirfield because of all the lush green and nature surrounding it. The location also is a plus! So convenient to be able to walk to the grocery and grab a few things. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because of the mosquitoes at the playground due to the community seeming to stay damp and also the water bugs. They freak me out! The responsiveness of the maintenance folks coming and fixing things is another plus! It is also a clean/neat community.

Clean, quiet, and affordable. Maintenance is always on site and ready to help with any issues that come up. The pool is a great amenity too!

Love living here! Staff is the best! Never have to worry because I know everything is handled right away. My kid loves the maintenance guys and calls them his friends.

I’ve been living in Muirfield Village since 2015 and have never had a bad experience. The management team is wonderful and the maintenance team is wonderful. Location is perfect and the grounds are very well kept, as I’ve been seeing a lot of improvement over the years to the property. I would recommend, living here to anyone.

I have been living here for almost 9 years now and I really do love my apartment. I am still telling people after all this time of living here that I really do love it here. I really enjoy talking to the staff and laughing with them. I always love the improvements that they make here at the complex.

Although it can take a long time for subcontractors to do repairs, they do an excellent job. The apartment handymen are quick to respond to requests and do a professional job

The Muirfield team has always been the best in everything. They go above and beyond for their tenants and we’re on our 3rd lease with them and I couldn’t be more happier and safer to live in this community.

I love where I live. Lots of natural lighting and our little areas are great for sneaking away from it all. The pool, dog park are nice gems for us

Everything is very good, it is clean, I like it. The green areas and the hallways are clean and very well maintained! The common areas are tidy.

So I recently moved in and one reason why I chose this community was all the green! The landscaping, flowers, and trees are so pretty! I also love the proximity to so many things! Haven’t had a chance yet to check out the pool, but will do so soon. Also I want to get out and walk the property.

Great experience from front office to the maintenance to our neighbors. Very spacious, clean, upkeep & responsive. Landscaping is well kept as well.

So far everything has been great. Jenna has been awesome. She helped us out on an issue we were having and she totally came through and we couldn't be more appreciative of the staff here.

I love the area and the management staff. But the apartment is showing it's age. The complex needs more lighting and or security cameras. I wish the tenants that have dogs would pick up after them.

The community is very quiet. Everyone in my area respects one another and they are very nice. When I first move in the apartment was very clean and when every I have called maintenance they are right there with hardly no wait to time fix the problem.

I have been living here for almost 9 years now and I am still talking about how much I love my one bedroom apartment. It is so spacious and comfortable. Love the pool in the summertime and it’s great to have a gym, computer and laundry rooms available for use. I love stopping in and chatting with the office staff and the maintenance guys always give me the time to say hello and chat while cleaning up the grounds of the property. I highly recommend Muirfield if you are looking for a wonderful place to live as your new home.

The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and prompt with handling issues. I only wish they would expand their gym facilities and offer cable at the gym instead of needing to log in to personal streaming services.

Amazing community! Jenna and Sarah in the office are amazing and always extremely helpful. This community is run very well and my wife and myself are happy to be a part of it. Brandon and Brian are an awesome maintenance team. Very fast and efficient. If there is an issue you don’t have to wait long at all to have it repaired. We signed our second lease here and can see us living here for a long time. Property is very clean and quiet. Perfect location!

I've lived at Muirfield for three months now and still love it as much as I did on day one. The amenities are fantastic (and I've only been able to use some of them). Looking forward to the summer when we can use the pool and barbeques. For now, we've enjoyed the dog park (which is bigger than most), the playground, the gym, and the business center. I'm hoping they don't raise the rent at my one-year point as I'd like to stay! I'll update as time goes by :)

I enjoy living in Murfield Village. The staff and residents are very nice. Area is clean and I have no complaints of the complex. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone

I selected this complex based on my commute to work. Then one day I drove through the and around the parking lot just to observe the area. Then I applied for my apartment, it was in the middle of the pandemic and I wasn't able to actually see my apartment but I stepped out on faith with my observations and location and being just a walk away from the grocery store and applied. Three years later I have not looked back. I love my apartment, the sunshine, my view and the quietness between each unit. I am happy with the choice that I made .

The community is great. I can communicate with the staff when I need to and they are responsive. I like how clean the place is kept up. I enjoy the environment.

Quiet, clean, comfortable community. So glad I found Muirfield Village when I moved in from out of state. The office and maintenance are always quick to help and answer any questions or requests.

Our heat broke on one of the coldest days maybe 35 degrees. Put the work order in around 11am and it was all fixed by 2pm. They are quick and never have to worry about something not getting taken care of! Thank You Brandon & Brian for all you do!

The community is very nice the office staff are are awesome and the maintenance is efficient and responds very quickly to any problems that arise

I think the apartments are beautiful. The maintenance staff is awesome at keeping this place clean. Only downfalls are people not cleaning up after their dogs, it is supposed to be smoke free but there is definitely a lot of smoking of many things going on here, the apartment managers need unrestricted access to your apartment way to often. I am not comfortable with this. I understand once or twice a year for routine upkeep but it's way more frequent. Some neighbors are not so friendly.

Best community ever ! The complex is clean and well maintained. Tenants are respectful. Rent is also reasonable. Only negative is that i've seen more roaches then i would like..

The staff rocks! Any repair issues are promptly addressed Centrally located to stores, greenways and restaurants and good neighbors. Highly recommended.

The apartment is great and the process was easy to apply. The staff was a great help as they were quite resourceful and generous with their time in assisting us in getting into the apartment.

I love where I live. My apartment is bright and the sunlight is great for my plants. I enjoy coffee on my patio while watching the trees away too and fro. I love that the community is quiet, the scenery is beautiful and it’s close to shopping

Overall this is a fine place to live however I would caution pet owners before living here. You pay the extra money monthly but I'm not sure what they actually use it for. The dog park area was poorly maintained, the dog bag holders would remain empty for weeks at a time, and upon move out there's a pretty good chance they will replace the carpet at your expense (about $700).
