Founded in 1829 Oregon City was the capital of the Oregon Territory. Today, Oregon City serves as a hub of high-tech industries. The city is home to 22 parks, including Clackamette Park, which features river access and cove trails, an RV park, a boat launch, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, a skate park, and picnic areas. If you choose to rent an apartment in Oregon City, you'll have easy access to Clackamas Community College, Hilltop Mall, and the Museum of the Oregon Territory.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mountain View
This place has changed for the better. We have lived here 5yrs and we had the most unfriendly manager and maintenance team a year ago. Manager Brandy is amazing, kind and friendly. Everyone we have talked to have had nothing but great things to say about her. She means business, but she makes it a very comfortable renting experience. Maintenance guy Omar, too good at what he does. Friendly & gets things done right and quickly. This place is quiet, the people here are very friendly. It's the best we have felt about this place in a long while.

We wanted to thank you kindly for taking the time to review our property. Your kind words inspires us to keep doing what we do for our community.
I looked everywhere for a place I could afford to live alone Which in my area is next to impossible. I not only found it, but I also ;had the extreme good fortune to move in to a completely redone apartment. New floors, carpets, appliances, etc. Being at an end apartment I even have a place to let my dachshund out to roam a bit. The complex has trees and the apartment was cool when I got home from work this summer. i love it here and really like those who manage and take care of my new residence. Close to work, close to family and close to shopping. i feel fortunate and happy to be here.
Great place to live, there is 1,2 and 3 bedrooms available, a small pool, a small play area for kids, and minutes away from Hillendale park where my kids play all day long. Water, Sewer and garbage is included in the rent so there is no extra fees. The apartment is walking distance from Fred Meyers, Safeway, Hilltop movie theater, plus a lot of other places which is awesome for college students considering the Clackamas community college is 6 blocks away.
My apartment is awesome, the people here are excellent!
