Loma linda is an awesome city and these apartments are close to everything I need. I love the fact that it is a small community and the place is always kept clean and everyone watches out for one another. Would definitely recommend
I enjoy living in this complex. Management is friendly and approachable, and they have created a safe friendly atmosphere here. In addition, the individuals within the complex are respectable, friendly, and caring. The location of the complex is great cause you're in the middle of stores, movies, and restaurants. I feel this is an ideal place to call home, where individuals look out for one another.
New “Management” is terrible, careless, and never even on the property. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
I lived here for a couple of years and my time there served its purpose. Very small and quiet which is what I liked the most. The manager is very responsive and I had nearly no maintenance problems. The owners seem like they really take care of the place. Would definitely recommend.
I have lived here a little over 3 years and love it. its a great, small, complex with a great floor plan and in a great location. I highly recommend check them out if you are looking.
?? Well first off, I CONSTANTLY SEE BUGS ( cockroaches and spiders and worms and other bugs I don’t even know what they are) ?? I’m very upset! It upsets me for this place being as expensive as it is, you’d think I wouldn’t have this problem.
