Property Ratings at Mountain View
The office staff is very helpful and professional. The apartment is lovely with a nice balcony. The grounds are verywell kept and the maintenance team has answered quickly.
The staff here are incredibly respectful, the apartments are maintained up to par, and for my family and I the experience living here was delightful.
The apartments are grossly overpriced for what you get. The apartment was not and is not maintained well, the layout is dated and cramped to the point where I can't open my fridge or some of my bathroom drawers. The closets are ridiculously small and horribly laid out. The insulation and infrastructure is so shoddy that we hear our neighbors every step - to the point where if they wake up at night just to walk to the bathroom, we hear everything - including the water running int he bathroom, voices, and every step they take along the way. It feels like a roommate in the next room with how noisy it is. Half of our cabinets were either unfinished (as in - no stain, treatment, or even paint), and were so dirty we can't put our dishes on them. The apartment staff is very very friendly and the large military population makes it feel safe, but I will move out as soon as the lease is up and advise anyone to find a better priced apartment.
The apartment it's okay, I believe maintenance does half their job when getting an apartment ready for move in, so I constantly have to call them to fix something. Parking is bad, not enough spaces. Besides that everything else is alright...price is a bit high for the size of the apartments.
This complex is pretty good. Their staff is pretty friendly and it has nice grounds. The apartments are decent looking a bit overpriced. Biggest problem is the parking, if you are living alone no worries. But if you have a roommate good luck.
