The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mountain View
I've been living here for about five years, and this is definitely the worst I've seen it. Let's talk about management. They're just not up to par. The manager is highly unprofessional and lacks effective communication skills. For example, management expects you to adhere to their repair schedule instead of accommodating your availability. It seems like they fail to grasp the importance of meeting the needs of the tenants. Additionally, the issue of stolen and damaged property. Furthermore, there have been repeated instances of homeless individuals wandering around throughout the day, even rummaging through the trash for food. It's a real headache, and I strongly advise against moving here.

I lived here for 8 years... Since I've been living here I never had any problems with the Management or the Land Lord. Especially the new manager now. She is very helpful. When I have a problem in my apartment she take care of it...She send the maintenance and I get it fix the same day... I loved living here , I feel safe and my surroundings in my area are clean. And the apartments are close to everything. I will definitely recommend to live here... Good management, good area, good maintenance and good security.
Not recommended. Not a safe area to live in this part of Azusa. We found non tenants lurking under the carports late at night when arriving home. They will raise the rent every chance they get.
Worst place to live. Manger is very rude. Raises rent every chance that they get. Mandatory asstiance for insurance.(whatever they mean by that) and if not paid, deposit will not be returned. Manager makes up policy’s to get more money. Rodantes in apartment and manger refuses to fix any maintenance needed in apartments. Do not live here you will regret it.
This is a horrible place to live. Recently 3 cars were stolen. They opened my car twice this year and stole everything I had in there. They broke the windows of a car. There are cameras in the complex but guess what? They don't work. They don't want to repair the cameras. There are fleas, beadbugs and roaches in some apartments. There's dog and cat poop everywhere. The new manager told us that the owner won't pay for repairs anymore, she doesn't have good social skills, if you want to talk to her she interrupts continuously, she is just there to save money for the owner. The manager told a neighbor the if she wants to throw a party she had to pay a fee of 190.00 dollars. When she found out that my neighbor was having the party without paying she called the police on her. The police ask my neighbor for the lease contract and the police said the manager cannot charge for that because its not in the contract. She always says " these are our new policies " but she never shows them written down. Please don't rent here because you are going to regret it.
The mountain view apartments are a very cozy and attractive apartment complex, for being an average rated complex. They have units that have beautiful mountain views that take your breath away. The common areas include 2 large courtyards w/pools that are always clean, and ready to be used. Each unit comes very spacious 1/2 bds are available. The 2 bds come with 2 car stalls and 2 balconies areas and there are three laundry facilities on the premises which makes doing the chores easy to get done. The staff is fast and friendly and that's a plus no matter what. Would recommend this to anyone on a budget.
Not happy with the apartments. Rent gets raised every 6 months to a year and is not worth the asking price. Manager is rude. Not bug free.
Our apartment is very spacious and the environment is very friendly. However, there has been problems with theft. My partner and I have lost a lot of items within the past month due to theft.
