Poor residence area no parking you have to walk 2 miles to park. You can have visitors. The gate is always messed up. My car got broken into because it was on the street. Horrible service here management don’t do nothing.bout it don’t rent here. It’s not worth it. there’s other places better than here.

Held deposit refund claiming address was invalid, yet all my other mail was forwarded no issue through multiple carriers. Very unprofessional management team in resolving this issue.
Loud music,thefts,fights, Mangments does absosulty nothing but collect rent. IN years nothing has been added to the property. Nothing gets reinvested in the community . Homeless park next door. Drugs and adicts wondering thru at all hours. Subwoofers EVERYWHERE! NOT NIGHTWORKER, VETERAN, OR Middle Class Values friendly. The grounds look good though
I'm a current tenant and it's unfortunate I did not read these reviews prior to moving in. 3 years later as these reviews are dated nothing has changed. Everything these previous and current tenants states is true unfortunately. I've also made some complaints to management about the issues and your pretty much told what they think you want to hear. They can also at times make you feel as if your the problem. Also, with a non working "security gate" the majority of the time I can see how the homeless have such easy access into the property. I do agree overly priced for the not so safe environment, non-functioning items, traffic in and out, people scavenging for a parking spot..... My lease is up soon and I will not be renewing it. I've lived at cheaper, safer communities and that' what I plan to do again.
These apartments aren't bad, although many things are still outdated, old and need to be replaced. The staff and maintenance crews are very nice and helpful. If you are looking for quiet, this really isn't the place. It is very busy with lots of traffic. In closing, they have raised the rent twice in the last year. I will be moving.
Not only is the staff very professional and kind but they are truly understanding. The grounds are in great care and always maintained. I've lived here one year and look forward to signing a new lease soon. There are 2 pools and a gym, what more could one ask for?
From the outside the apartments are very well maintained you can see the maintenance workings out early in the mornings tending to the landscape and making sure there isn't trash laying about. Office Staff is very professional and polite, they seem to have a relationship with the tenants. Unfortunately with everything there is the bad. These apartments are located in an pretty descent area, but for some reason there are people around the area that are questionable. There is a park right next to the apartments that house a lot of homeless people and where drug addicts hang out and on the opposite side of the apartments is a liquor store where people hang out. The problem is they all come through the apartment grounds to get to either the park or liquor store but not before going through the trash or stealing things out of peoples open garages, I learned that the hard way. When you complain to the office and they tell you that they know this is a problem and not to leave your garage open and lock your windows and doors this is a big problem. I went into one of the laundry buildings, the one located near the park side turned on the light and there was a man sitting in there that was not a tenant. As a women I was a bit nervous and I shouldn't be. This is suppose to be my home and I second guess going out at night to throw the trash away, to do laundry or to leave my windows open at night. No place is perfect and things sometimes happen but you should have a sense of security in where you live and not think " oh shoot did I close my garage" even if its only been about ten minutes. Just this week my husband saw a homeless man breaking into a garage in the middle of the day! Real comforting to know that your things aren't even safe during the day when the garage is closed. The funny thing is that the tenants themselves as a whole aren't bad, there might be a few knuckleheads but where don't you find that. Its the outside people that lurk through here doing things incognito that make it so frustrating. Personally I want to live in a place where I feeling confident enough to not second guess myself everytime or doubt my community. 80 percent sense of trust is what im looking for not 50/50.
Mountain springs apartments are very well kept. The grounds are beautiful and green. Whenever I put in a work order, it is taken care of promptly. My neighbors are friendly and I enjoy living here. The only problem is the limited parking.
