The new management is doing a good job with the mess they walked into. They understand our frustrations from past management. They are doing everything they can to improve the property and get things fixed, not just band aid it.
We have lived on this property for 5 years and have always enjoyed it. The units and grounds are well kept, and maintenance is generally quick. My only issue is the water for the property is shut off regularly for leaks. Fingers crossed with the new management company, this is lessening or at least has better communication

Every maintenance request I've put in has taken weeks to get done. It is very frustrating. Also, we are still waiting for the gate to be fixed. The management staff are all very nice.

Overall, it's been a great community to live in. Pretty quiet in my area of the community. Nice neighbors. Been here about 3 years. Parking fit guests can be a limited at times. Three have been lots of major water repairs. But they've been on top of those as far as my experience with them goes.

Apartment is nice, quiet and scenery is nice. However, the trash is always overfilling, and owners do not pick up after their pets. Maintenance is good at fixing requests.

Everything has been good other than maintenance has been delayed since the new property management team has come on board. I like the location, staff is friendly, and the apartments are nice. The parking isn’t wonderful and forget about finding a spot at night if you have more than one car.

The number thing this property has going for it is location, which is perfect. The quality of life here has gone up and down, depending on the management team. The current team looks promising. There’s a great park next door, and it’s close to everything.

I'm writing this after having officially moved in this past weekend. I don't normally write reviews, but Larry was so attentive and helpful in answering all our questions and alleviating any concerns we might have. In the weeks leading up to our move-in date, he was very easy to get a hold of and was always happy to help. Big thank you to Larry for ensuring that we had as smooth of a move-in as possible. We really like the apartments so far and are excited to be living here!
When I originally moved in, there were no issues with living here. The apartment is advertised as a luxury rental place but it really isn't. There shouldn't be sewage issues that take 2 weeks to resolve and smell up the entire apartment complex. There shouldn't be trash overflowing the trashcans for 3 straight weeks, and there most definitely shouldn't be issues with double billing. For a few straight days, there have been neighbors playing loud music at the pools from 10 PM to 2 AM. Management refuses to do anything. Neighbors smoke marijuana freely despite being a "smoke free area". There will not be any parking spaces available if you did not reserve and pay for a space. The interior of the apartments aren't too bad as of August 2023, It is decently refreshed and there were not any big issues. But I would not call it "luxury". If you live on the west side of the apartment, there is a park where people love to cheer late at night. The windows at the apartment are not double pane, so be prepared to hear everything. Despite what they might tell you, they have very hidden practices and policies. With current management, rent is due on the 1st of the month, and they do not send you reminder emails or late notices despite having notifications turned on. Most importantly, If you call, you will most likely go to voicemail. There is rarely anyone available to take phone calls.
They just don't care, you are just a rent check to them. Just read their other bad reviews. Honestly I think the only good reviews are done by the staff.
PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE!! There is SO much I would love to share about this facility- but found it has fruitless to even be heard when speaking with them directly- so hopefully my review will stop you from renting with them or ANY Alliance Residential complex!!! I will say that the units are entirely subpar and overpriced for extremely old appliances that leak, make loud noises, washers that shake and literally move, fake laminate wood flooring that constantly peels, counter tops that peel off, etc … Your neighbors- will most likely be seedy and get away with doing drugs on the patio, smoking on the patio- in a SMOKE FREE complex I might add, being belligerent drunk and harass you and stalk you and management will not care in the slightest- regardless of how much you report incidences or involve the local police department. You will have cockroaches come up your drains and scorpions in and around your complex-of which, you will report, and receive a pest control dude to show up randomly at your door nearly 5 days later. Absolutely ZERO communication from maintenance and/or management with their residents. In the short time I have lived here (less than a year), complex has gone through 3 management teams, each one progressively worst- clearly because Alliance Residential itself, is a janky company to begin with!! The current manager in particular, Heather is THE WORST! She is rude, blatantly ignores communicating with her residents, regardless of how many times you reach out and follow up with her! She doesn’t care about the residents nor about what happens in the complex. I have also tried to reach out to the corporate team for Phoenix with Alliance Residential to be completely ignored as well… sensing a theme here. Anyways- don’t rent here unless you want to have the WORST living experience ever!
