Property Ratings at Mountain Crest
I would highly recommend Mountain Crest Apartments. My fiance and I stayed there for a little over a year, and we only moved out to pursue a job in a different city. The community is very nice; there are kids riding bikes, people walking their dogs, and neighbors to chat with when walking on the nice sidewalk out to the main street (Stewart Ave.) and back. I have had no issues with package stealers, and the area is very safe. We had a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, two-car garage that was recently updated. The only problem we had was when the shared one washer and one dryer went down, but the maintenance people and landlord were on top of that and fixed it ASAP. If anyone is looking for a fairly affordable apartment in the Wausau area that is well-maintained, in a great area, and has attentive landlords/maintenance, this is your apartment complex!
This apartment unit and complex is very well kept. I had no trouble getting helping with any maintenance questions I had. The landlord goes above and beyond to make sure your living situation is as comfortable as possible. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mountain Crest and would recommend renting to anyone.
We have lived in these apartments for 2 years and never had any issues with the apartment or landlord. When we have had to contact the landlord she was very quick to answer all questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend!!
I lived in Mountain Crest Apartments for just about a year before I had to move for a new job. The location is amazing with views of Rib mountain, and you cant beat the price for what you get. I had to get out of my lease a month early for my move and the landlord was super helpful, making the process super painless. Definitely would recommend!
I lived in the 1121 building at Mountain Crest Apartments and there's far more to love about this place other then just the view. Lesli, with all of her work load, returned my calls and messages faster than any other landlord I have ever experienced. Even more, she was always courteous, kind and understanding. She even offered to help me get transferred to a lower apartment when she found out I was having a child. At the end of my lease lesli knew I was going through a hardship and personally took it upon herself to go above and beyond what any normal person would do, she not only kept me up to speed on the apartment when she was making sure it was 100% up to standard for the future tenant and deductions from my security deposit (that I knew I would here about) but she gave me great advice to keep my head up and stay strong. That is a landlord that everyone she hope for as they find a new home. Lesli is the best!
I have lived in the Mountain Crest Apartments for a year now. I have a two bed room apartment and have found that it is perfect for me. I have a great view of Rib Mountain and the woods in the back. I have had no problems with the landlord. One downfall is that there is only one washer and one dryer for eight units to use. I also wish there was a fitness center to use. Other than that I am happy with the apartment and I think the price I pay for a two bedroom is very reasonable.
