Mouse problem in apt The mouse moved to other side of oven. Maintenance just move the mouse. What they did made the cabinet base look teerible. Not a good whatever. Just scare the mouse. BUILDING 18 may have mice problem and a health problem

Delay in Maintenance request closure Maintenance requests are taking over a week to resolve with no updates. My request has been pending for over 10 days and no one from the office seems to follow up on getting the requests resolved within accepting timeframes. It would be appreciated if requests can be closed in time or atleast the resident is informed of an ETA.

Tour on Saturday (9/14/2024 Dorian did a great job. My layout wasn’t ready to view but he took me to the most similar layout and explained the differences in the two options. Great location, great service, great room/layouts. Overall just a lovely apartment complex that I am excited to live in for the next year.

I've been living here for about 3 months and it's still great! Maintenance is fast and always friendly. They work hard to keep the common areas clean and the trash maintained. Front desk always calls to confirm I'm home before sending someone to enter for a maintenance issue. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood!

I have been residing in this community for about 3 years now and it's one of the best communities, I have ever lived in. The leasing office staff is great and very responsive, the location is perfect for my commute to work, the community feels safe and sound. However, one complaint that I have is that the Gym isn't as functional as they mention on their websites, the machines aren't functional, there are no dumbbells and that's my only complaint. So if you're someone looking for a better gym, this isn't the right place for you.

The leasing office and maintenance team are both 5 stars! Gabby went above and beyond to make sure one of my repair requests was resolved. And Chris and Keith always greet me with a warm Hello when I see them on around on the property. Even the new guy does a great job keeping the grounds clean. I am very happy with the staff here at Mt. Vernon Flats @ Perimeter.

This is a great, clean, and family-friendly complex. Some people don't like when a complex has lots of kids and a friendly atmosphere, but my wife and I love it here even though we don't have kids. The community is friendly and feels safe. The lawn care and aesthetic qualities are always handled promptly and efficiently.

The experience has declined due to the following: 1. Maintenance requests are closed without resolution, require multiple requests to resolve with a long wait, and no updates are made available. 2. Coffee is never available on Sundays.
