The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Moss Landing
I would give O stars if possible. My daughter lived here. There was a backup of sewer from another unit in her building. They let the waste water dry into her carpet and a week later came to clean the carpet without lifting it, that is the ONLY thing they did in over 60 days. There was visible black mold and my daughter got sick to the point she was sneezing up blood and had tightening in her chest and mine when I stayed there once overnight. We asked to be let out of the lease and had Dr's Notice and they refused. The joke of a manager gave us one second of her time and said she couldn't let her out of her unit. The Dr. AND Assistant Manager told her to only go into her apartment if she absolutely had to so she wouldn't get more sick. Finally after 63 days they forced my daughter to sign for another unit saying that had to know within 30 minutes. When she went into the other unit it was infested with Roaches. She never moved anything in and refused the unit. After getting no where with the incompetent management we decided it was better for all of mental health for her to move on. They use new management as an excuse for everything. This management is even worse! The place is not safe. Police are there daily. Chose anyplace but here!!!
New management is worse than before. Huge roach problem throughout complex. They only care about money and new leases; not about taking care of their current residents. Trash piles at the dumpster and doesn’t get picked up (maintenance even piles furniture/items there). They complete work orders as finished when they haven’t been touched or followed up on. I was in a unit that flooded with sewer water (their issue) and they left it sitting for a week before doing anything at all; then proceeded to leave me hanging for two months as black mold grew into my apartment. They forced me into another unit and told me I had thirty minutes to decide if I wanted a different unit they offered. The quick forced decision came with a huge roach problem. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. Stay far far away from this property that continues to go downhill!!
A/C has been out almost a year. Called maintenance today and he tells me he is waiting on me. Nobody from the office ever got in touch with me to plan anything. All the different owners and managers and this place is still a disappointment

A/C is horrible. Laundry room is filthy. Appliances are antique. Current new management has raised rent $200.00 higher than what I currently pay now! People in pool all hours of the night partying. Roaches! Office staff not concerned about residents concerns! I could go on but you get the big picture I'm sure!

Hello, thank you for the high star rating! Thank you again for the great review!
I don't know where to begin, to the oven not working for months, to the place crawling with roaches in the beginning, to the manager who honestly has a bigger ego and is totally unwilling to work with anyone... I can go on and on. The workout equipment is broken, the exit gate in the back is always open and never gets fixed, and it seems like there's a problem with someone every other day. One day I was home and the apartment across from us, that recently got burned down, in fact, was raided by police for whatever reason. If you have any sense in your head, not only would you stay away from this location, I suggest that you try and file a complaint to the San Antonio housing authority.

On the outside the complex looks as if its a decent neighborhood but on the inside the apartment is falling apart and it take several attempts to have anything repaired. On top of that the crime rate is bad too. Since I moved in six months ago there has been 2 break in in the building I'm in alone to my knowledge as well as shots fired almost every other weekend. With all that in mind I believe $609 a month is a bit steep for a place like this.

I have always dreamed of having a cabin in the woods. My apartment looks onto a greenway with every sort of bird, opossum, and squirrel. I had three baby raccoons on my porch last night! I wake to the woods filled with birds singing and have butterflies to watch all summer. I have found my cozy cabin and want to stay here forever.

just moved in, in May 2015. Power shoots out when using blow dryer, several outlets do not work, water turns on by itself, ac central air is set at 70° and it reads 81° in unit. Spoke to management and they said its cause they were built in 1979-89? not worth the rent we pay.

Current management is great. Maintenance is prompt to respond to any issues reported by the residents. The rent is on the lower end for the area. The complex is located in a good area, and only about 15 minute drive from Downtown/ Riverwalk area. Not too far from several main highways through the city but not close enough to be bothered by a lot of traffic noise. It is very close to Phil Hardberger park for the nature lovers. Conveniently located to stores that are within walking distance if needed. Overall a good place to live.

Decent complex nothing over the top. Maintenance is pretty on top of things, if you like patch jobs that is. You get what you pay for here.
