The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Moss Creek
It was the first community we visited scouting Orange County for living and all the rest options we had seen after couldn't stand even close to that one. It looks like an oasis and it differs from others. Lots of greens, fishes in the artificial pond, very clean swimming pool 3-7 feet depth (which is rare comparing to what we've seen for the next two years in other communities). Cozy clubhouse with all the amenities available. Everything is perfectly and carefully maintained, as well as all our maintenance requests were performed the same day or next morning. Despite it's location near the freeway, there is no traffic noise at all if not only the firetruck pass by. Community is very quiet and respectful to each other. We had no any problems with anyone. Families with kids, youth, elders - people live here for years and know each other well. And Halloween/Christmas decorations is a real perk of this place. This all would not happen if not the proper management. The property team is very welcoming and professional. And it is not just the sale, it's a lifestyle of this place - to treat people with openess, respect, and welcoming attitude. Thank you for your hard work to make people's life happier while living here. We had to move out after two years because of relocation to another state but it would definitely be the first place we consider once decide to return to Southern California.
Have lived here for about half a year. so far. 1B1BR. Overall, it is a great place to live. It is pricey, yet it is less than other places right now. There are calming streams which feel like having a sound machine outside your window (so beautiful). Maintenance has been awesome so far (1-2 day response, which is typical). Ladies at the front office are all kind. Neighbors have also been respectful and quiet. It is a great place to live. Even the units with families are quiet and respectful. Feels safe and never felt uncomfortable living on my own. The cons are little things but they are worth noting. As every place, there are some cons. Below are some of the cons -for the price, the stove and dishwasher are very old -Guest parking is hit or miss, you can have your guests accommodated by having them park in the nice neighborhood one street over. -they allow residents to park in the future resident spaces after hours bc they don't want to 'walk further' to their unit , like really?!' instead of letting guests use it after office hours. people need to walk and not be lazy. makes is harder to accommodate guests. -it's not much, however, to pay rent they charge 1.95 to pay online, like why? Even if having it transferred from your bank account directly. -to pay utilities (except for electricity) they use their own system and charge a $5 admin fee and another $5 when paying online. I guess that's nice but I can log on a pay utilities on my own. -Location is literally right off the FWY. People drive very fast and constantly run the red light, even if you exit the property at the light. Be very careful there. -no in-unit W/D, 1.75 for wash and 1.25 for dryer. seems expensive to dry clothes -Like most apartments, there are millions of layers of paint in the closets but that's typical of most places. Also, just little things such as older doors that could be fixed or exposed wires in the linen closet. -It is an older complex but VERY well maintained I will say :) the grounds and ponds are cleaned often. Staff takes feedback well.
Incredible, almost unbelievable to live here. On-site 24 hour maintenance. Security. Really friendly neighbors, who all are respectful. Gorgeous pool. Daily cleaning, upkeep, landscapers who you actually get to know and workers and staff who genuinely care, live on-site and make an effort to throw cute events and make monthly newsletters. Really lucky to live here and don't plan to move till we can buy a house.
The best rental experience I have ever had. The team at Moss Creek Apartments are wonderful. The maintenance crew is polite, pleasant and decent people. I have always felt welcome. I travel far and long for work. Moss Creek was my corner of the world. I come home to smiling faces. I will miss you guys.

I love coming home to my beautiful, spacious one bedroom. The koi fish and water stream makes it feel like I'm on vacation everyday. The fitness center we have here saves me time and money. How awesome is that? The gated community and surveillance cameras makes me feel safe and the office management team is so kind and professional! Our maintenance men are some of the nicest and helpful people I've ever met!
I love living here, its very quiet, I feel very safe and love the pool. The staff are lovely and are always on top of things when it comes to maintenance.
