Mosaic is a place I call my home for five years. This was my first choice considering the closeness to the stores, malls, airport and best schools in Tampa. The building is continously renovating it's amenities and the staff is great.

So far it’s has been great! The place is quiet. The aisle is always clean. The parking garage is nice and there is spot available all the time. The location is great.

I never have time for their extra curricular activities. I drive to work each day. Mosaic staff are what make Mosaic a Great place to live. Its also Hurricane proof! New tenants need to be more respectful driving in the parking garage, keeping their dogs on leash, and picking up after their dogs. Some things in life are learned the hardway. Thank you Mosaic for taking care of me! ??

Mosaic Westshore Apartments offers a fantastic living experience in a prime Tampa location. The apartments are modern and well-designed, with upscale finishes and spacious layouts. The community amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, and resident lounge, add to the convenience and luxury. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and dedicated to keeping the community running smoothly.

It’s been a great experience so far. The neighborhood is quiet. The building has great infrastructure and maintenance services. On and all it’s a great place to stay.

Mosaic provides everything that you need to call a home. It is conveniently located in the heart of Tampa and there is exceptional staff. I am so happy that I chose to live in the Mosaic community.

It has been pretty good only problems we have encountered has been with the trash people not picking up our trash on designated days, and a few small problems with our new apartment. Overall staff has been excellent. The people who work here keep this place up and they are all very nice and easy to work with whenever I have a problem.

Great place to live. Management are always willing to help. The maintenance staff are fast and efficient. The only negative is the package room. I have had 2 expensive packages stolen. Management should install lockers.

We love loving at mosaic. It’s clean and the residents and staff are so friendly. If anything ever goes wrong they are quick to fix it. We love all the amenities also.

Good property management on site. Maintenance responds quickly and effectively. Common areas new and kept clean. Great location to airport, restaurants, and malls.

Love it. Finally have hot chocolate in the lobby which makes me so happy. I still watch the sunset every night on my balcony it’s so pretty.

One of the best places to live on the bay. Access to the Courtney Campbell and Howard Franklin is less than a minute's drive. Clearwater, Largo, St. Pete and Tampa are all 20 minutes away.

Staff is great, maintenance is great, and there is never noise (save the happy swimmers in the pool on the weekends!). It's in such a nice and safe area and so close to Publix, Clearwater, and Downtown Tampa.

Mosaic is overall a good place to live, only thing that is bothering me all the time is the noice from upstairs. It’s great if you live on the top floor else you can hear noises even during midnight.

Mosaic is beautiful. Great location. Justin, John, and Melissa who work in the office are so nice and answer all our questions right away. They made us feel right at home. We are very fortunate to be here.

Stellar management team who really cares about their tenants and the location can't be beat. 20 min to Clearwater, St. Pete, Indian Rocks and only 10 minutes to downtown. TPA is less than 5 minutes away! If you travel a lot, this is an excellent place to call home base.

I enjoy living here. It’s a wonderful location and the management is friendly and helpful. However, the security doors near the dog park haven’t worked for about a year.

I love everything about this apartment, however the car meet ups every weekend make me really upset. I get woken up around 12-1am with a bunch of cars meeting right downstairs outside. i understand that this isn’t the apartments fault, however it’s something to consider while looking for apartments.

We have been living in Mosaic Westshore for 4 years and will be living more. The best neighborhood in the city. The only drawback is lack of bike lanes.

The experience at Mosaic has exceeded my expectations. The community is welcoming. The staff is always willing to assist you. The amenities are all you could ask for. The overall experience has been beyond exceptional.

Been great so far. The only complaint I have is about a car meet up/show that happens on Saturday nights from 12am-4am by the building across the street. This of course isn’t Mosaic’s fault and they have no control over it but just something to consider as it is quite loud.

Going on my third lease here, the location can't be beat. It's not even 5 minutes to TPA and you can get to Clearwater, St. Pete or downtown in around 20 minutes. The amenities are well maintained and property management is both professional and personable. They are a well earned 5 stars.

Overall has been a good experience with the living situation and atmosphere. Only downside seems to be a yearly inspection every 6 months, but not really a big deal. Nice amenities and clean environment.

I’ve never lived in condo style living before. This has been the best experience for us and our kids while transitioning into our renovated house. Everything is really clean. The pool area is beautiful and also always super clean. The game room is fun. The managers are always on top of any complaints or issues we have. Very accommodating. I have thoroughly enjoyed our time here thus far.

The amenities are very good specially the swimming pool. I also love popcorn fridays. The maintenance is very swift. Calm and quiet. Best place to live.

This is awesome place to live. Close by beaches and in a great location. John, the manager does a wonderful job. Justin the leasing agent always tries to answer all questions and follows up with email. Maintenance are fast and personable. The only two negatives are: the dolly carts were stolen and there is NO WAY to get large heavy packages to your apartments. Carriers just drop them off in package room. The other negative is the security doors don’t work on the doors near the dog park. You have to put a rock to keep the door open but other tenants close the door forcing dog owners to walk to the front of the building.

Just moved into the community and the transition has been so smooth! The staff is super friendly and the complex is gorgeous. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
