Everything has gone great! I had a small issue with the light in the laundry room but it was fixed quickly. I enjoy the fitness center twice a day and can't wait for the warmer weather to get here so I can use the pool and hot tub.
Mosaic Apartments has been a great place to live overall. The amenities are really nice and well-maintained — definitely one of the highlights of living here. The area can get a little noisy at times, but most of the time it’s pretty peaceful and quiet. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Everything has been great so far, but I was never told about a pest problem and have had ants/roaches since my move in date. The staff are nice and friendly, and the spaces are neat and clean (garbage rooms can be cleaned more often).

I’ve regretted moving into this apartment complex from the beginning. The living experience has only gotten worse over time with all the constant repairs, outages, issues, and renovations that are completely unnecessary. This has been leaving us unable to use any of the amenities at different times. I wish I could go back in time and not sign a lease here.

I’ve been living at Mosaic for almost four years now, and overall, it’s been a really good place to call home. The location is super convenient, and I love the layout of the apartment — it just works really well for my family. But loses some points cause I wish the complex did things more for the community like events. Like food trucks and games stuff like. They do it ever so often just wished they did it more. Also the #1 thing for me at least just wished some of the residents took better care of the complex. It’s a nice place, and it’d be even better if everyone respected it a little more. That said, I’d still definitely recommend living here. It’s been a solid experience.

Everyone has been kind here and helpful! I’ve talked to quite a few residents at the dog park and in areas around the apartment complex. I only had issues with my upstairs neighbor being really noisy one night to where I was concerned, but it’s pretty quiet other than that.

I asked for my microwave to be fixed twice. The first request was over a month ago. After leaving a VM (weeks later), I received a VM from leasing that it is being figured out. Please fix my microwave.

I love the community and the resort style setting. It’s a calm, serene environment that I think many people will love. I just moved in so I’ll say I’m still in the honeymoon stage, but so far I like my living situation.

I can hear mice in my apartment air cent and water is cut off today. Amenities were okay. Noise Levels: Depending on the location, thin walls and loud neighbors can be an issue. • Management Responsiveness: Some residents report slow maintenance response or unhelpful leasing staff. • Parking: Limited or tight parking spaces in some locations; guest parking may be hard to find. • Rent Increases: Common concern about sharp rent hikes during lease renewals.

I love living here. It's a very safe building, amenities are great, and my unit itself is in near perfect condition. Neighbors are courteous and it's rare to hear noise from inside my apartment. The office and maintenance staff are truly the best I've ever experienced during many years of apartment living

We go through management and staff quickly. New residents don’t seem to follow rules. The complex is noisier than it used to be. It is in a great location, the apartments are nice and although there are good amenities we are unable to access them due to renovations.

Our time so far has been nothing but great, nice and helpful staff. We thought having the light rail right next to us would be an inconvenience but we can hardly hear it. Apartment is well maintained although some neighbors with dogs could be a little better about picking up after them. Amenities are great, and the parking has been the highlight for us.

Overall experience is good. I like the amenities offered, how efficient maintenance is, the location, and and the consistent updates. The only cons I would say is security could be a little bit better and I wish the amenities like the movie theater were free and a part of the rent.

We have lived here 3 years and appreciate the facilities and location. We really like the neighborhood - convenient public transit, grocery, restaurants, and parks. It is great to have a shady dog park. The pool and hot tub are super nice and heated year round. They were just updated last year. Maintenance team is also really good and usually fixes things within a day. Generally it is quiet, safe, and clean around here. Dog park maintenance has been lacking a bit recently. I think they stopped power washing. Main downside is that the leasing office is hard to work with sometimes. About half of our interactions end up confusing and a lot of our calls/emails seem to be ignored. We usually have to take time off work to visit in person to get any updates on lease issues, odd charges, or major repair projects. I understand that the people on-site have limited authority, but it seems like we just get ignored while some backstage corporate person is on vacation or something.

I relocated from Dallas and I was having a difficult time finding the perfect place to live. While searching for an apartment, Mosaic apartments popped up. I decided to book an appointment for a viewing and once I arrived, I knew that I had found my new home. Zieanna led the tour and she was fabulous! She was very thorough and extremely pleasant. After viewing a couple of 2 bedroom apartments, I went with the loft. I am really excited to be moving into a beautiful, well-maintained property. I look forward to residing here for a long time.

Upon moving in we ran into a few maintenance issues. The communication could have been better when it came to those. But whenever you call the office, they do try their best to help.

Mosaic is a great place to live, nice location and a great staff. Maintenance requests are always repaired on time and the leasing team and both managers are always kind and willing to help. The only concern I have is the gym. It’s old and outdated.

Don’t really have anything bad to say about the actual apartment or complex. I only have two gripes. One is with the front office. It almost impossible to get an email back from them. I get it gets busy but it happens with every single email. We were accused of leaving our dog out unintended which was completely untrue. I spoke to the front office and emailed them and never got a response back. Just one of the many examples. The other is the residents not respecting the trash rooms. The office has sent out emails after emails so there’s nothing much they can do except placing cameras I guess but we should as a community be able to respect the cleaning crew and just follow the rules. Sometimes I’ll walk in there and just feel bad for the cleaning crew the next day.

Mosaic Apartments is a great community. I’ve been here for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff, the maintenance people all are helpful. The amenities are always in good shape! It’s a pretty safe community as well so that’s good. The apartments are spacious and get a lot of sunlight. Would definitely recommend to my friends who might be looking ever.

It’s a calm and lovely neighborhood withuseful amenities (Gym and Pool in particular). There are some minor issues occasionally like elevator out of service or parking cleaning. Fortunately, they are usually addressed fast.

I moved into Mosaic a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful, making the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. Overall the community is beautiful and relatively well-kept. For the most part, residents are respectful of each other and shared spaces. Communication between the community as a whole and management has improved, but I still feel there is a lack of acknowledgment on an individual basis. For instance, we emailed regarding some of the work in the planters surrounding our patio and didn't hear anything back. Other than that, it is a great place to live. I also want to add that I miss the community events we used to have with the food trucks or even little Halloween parties, it was a great way to meet the neighbors and for the kids to get to know each other as well.

Our lease was renewed with the incorrect rent amount and the experience of logging in to sign the lease was difficult and complicated for no clear reason. The staff was friendly and helpful though throughout this.

I have lived here about 3 years now. The location is super convenient-- it is hard to beat having a metro rail stop in the parking lot. My family loves the pool, dog park, and other amenities. Most important to me-- the maintenance team is great and solves most of my random facilities problems within a day. I am very grateful for this maintenance team. I have had a few challenges with the administrative side of things -- like renewing leases in a timely manner-- but that all worked out well in the end.

Change your trash pickup time with Waste Management from being 6am to a more reasonable time like 8am. Every other morning we are waking up to you taking out the trash at 4:30am. This is unacceptable. As residents we can’t make the same amount of noise at this time in our apartments so why are you off the hook? Fix it!

Not a horrible experience. I never had issues getting in contact with front office for help, and maintenance was fast. Main issues is only one parking spot offered for a 2 bedroom apartment, seems to be a lot of elevator, water issues, and testing of alarms. But it feels safe. Which is probably the most important factor.

Just moved in a couple weeks ago and so far, so good. My apartment is a 1 bed 1 bath, but it is very spacious compared to the other apartment complexes in the same area. One minor complaint is it can get a little noisy if the apartment is located on the street side.

Overall this is a great place to live. It is kept clean and in good order. The grounds are very pretty and the pool is a nice place to spend time. My biggest complaint would be that some of the staff is not the friendliest. We have had some logistical issues while moving in and rather than work with us some of the staff is quick to blame us and treat us like their mistake is our fault and we are dumb. There are also problems with all the systems talking to each other. Most of the staff is great though.

Really bad move-in experience. Community team doesn't care about anything. They don't understand criticality of the tenant's situation. Overall pretty poor experience and way below expected greystar standards.
