Mosaic Apartments is a great place to live. The location is convenient for shopping and grocery needs. The amenities are also great. I would recommend living here!

We go through management and staff quickly. New residents don’t seem to follow rules. The complex is noisier than it used to be. It is in a great location, the apartments are nice and although there are good amenities we are unable to access them due to renovations.

Our time so far has been nothing but great, nice and helpful staff. We thought having the light rail right next to us would be an inconvenience but we can hardly hear it. Apartment is well maintained although some neighbors with dogs could be a little better about picking up after them. Amenities are great, and the parking has been the highlight for us.

Overall experience is good. I like the amenities offered, how efficient maintenance is, the location, and and the consistent updates. The only cons I would say is security could be a little bit better and I wish the amenities like the movie theater were free and a part of the rent.

Been here a few years now and minus a few minor things we love living here. We would recommend to others who are looking for a nice community cause the best part is the location middle of everything pretty much

Just moved in and so far everything is great, service requests are fast and neighborhood is quiet. All the amenities are close by and well maintained.

We have lived here 3 years and appreciate the facilities and location. We really like the neighborhood - convenient public transit, grocery, restaurants, and parks. It is great to have a shady dog park. The pool and hot tub are super nice and heated year round. They were just updated last year. Maintenance team is also really good and usually fixes things within a day. Generally it is quiet, safe, and clean around here. Dog park maintenance has been lacking a bit recently. I think they stopped power washing. Main downside is that the leasing office is hard to work with sometimes. About half of our interactions end up confusing and a lot of our calls/emails seem to be ignored. We usually have to take time off work to visit in person to get any updates on lease issues, odd charges, or major repair projects. I understand that the people on-site have limited authority, but it seems like we just get ignored while some backstage corporate person is on vacation or something.

I relocated from Dallas and I was having a difficult time finding the perfect place to live. While searching for an apartment, Mosaic apartments popped up. I decided to book an appointment for a viewing and once I arrived, I knew that I had found my new home. Zieanna led the tour and she was fabulous! She was very thorough and extremely pleasant. After viewing a couple of 2 bedroom apartments, I went with the loft. I am really excited to be moving into a beautiful, well-maintained property. I look forward to residing here for a long time.

Upon moving in we ran into a few maintenance issues. The communication could have been better when it came to those. But whenever you call the office, they do try their best to help.

Staff are friendly and have been helpful during our move-in process. We moved in a few weeks ago and we’ve been loving our new apartment so far!

Best value in the neighborhood. I shopped all the comps. Everyone who visits is impressed.

Graystar appartment is excellent level with reasonable price. Not newest but the room is maintained.

The complex is more expensive than it should be for its age. For residents that have been long term, there should be redone kitchen cabinets doors available.

Mosaic is a great place to live, nice location and a great staff. Maintenance requests are always repaired on time and the leasing team and both managers are always kind and willing to help. The only concern I have is the gym. It’s old and outdated.

Don’t really have anything bad to say about the actual apartment or complex. I only have two gripes. One is with the front office. It almost impossible to get an email back from them. I get it gets busy but it happens with every single email. We were accused of leaving our dog out unintended which was completely untrue. I spoke to the front office and emailed them and never got a response back. Just one of the many examples. The other is the residents not respecting the trash rooms. The office has sent out emails after emails so there’s nothing much they can do except placing cameras I guess but we should as a community be able to respect the cleaning crew and just follow the rules. Sometimes I’ll walk in there and just feel bad for the cleaning crew the next day.

Mosaic Apartments is a great community. I’ve been here for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff, the maintenance people all are helpful. The amenities are always in good shape! It’s a pretty safe community as well so that’s good. The apartments are spacious and get a lot of sunlight. Would definitely recommend to my friends who might be looking ever.

It’s a calm and lovely neighborhood withuseful amenities (Gym and Pool in particular). There are some minor issues occasionally like elevator out of service or parking cleaning. Fortunately, they are usually addressed fast.

It's absolutely pleasant here and I highly recommend coming here with your family... Also, at the convenient location of a Safeway nearby and the light rail system and be so close to the freeway, there's so much convenience of this location

we love living at the mosaic! Everyone is friendly and we love our apartment :) We love the staff members as they are so helpful, friendly, and supportive.

We’ve been living here for past 4 yrs now and we’ve been loving it. We specifically love how quickly maintenance responds to our raised requests and the surroundings are always kept clean and this year we loved the little surprise left at the door announcing fall season :)

I moved into Mosaic a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful, making the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. The amenities are top-notch, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and a cozy lounge area perfect for socializing with neighbors. My apartment itself is spacious and modern, featuring high-quality finishes and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The location is also a huge plus—close to public transportation, shops, and parks even every close to downtown San Jose, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend Mosaic for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community to call home.

Overall the community is beautiful and relatively well-kept. For the most part, residents are respectful of each other and shared spaces. Communication between the community as a whole and management has improved, but I still feel there is a lack of acknowledgment on an individual basis. For instance, we emailed regarding some of the work in the planters surrounding our patio and didn't hear anything back. Other than that, it is a great place to live. I also want to add that I miss the community events we used to have with the food trucks or even little Halloween parties, it was a great way to meet the neighbors and for the kids to get to know each other as well.

Our lease was renewed with the incorrect rent amount and the experience of logging in to sign the lease was difficult and complicated for no clear reason. The staff was friendly and helpful though throughout this.

It’s a fun experience at mosaic. Me and my family have been here since 10 years now. Would definitely recommend friends to move here. We have never had issues at mosaic

I have lived here about 3 years now. The location is super convenient-- it is hard to beat having a metro rail stop in the parking lot. My family loves the pool, dog park, and other amenities. Most important to me-- the maintenance team is great and solves most of my random facilities problems within a day. I am very grateful for this maintenance team. I have had a few challenges with the administrative side of things -- like renewing leases in a timely manner-- but that all worked out well in the end.

Change your trash pickup time with Waste Management from being 6am to a more reasonable time like 8am. Every other morning we are waking up to you taking out the trash at 4:30am. This is unacceptable. As residents we can’t make the same amount of noise at this time in our apartments so why are you off the hook? Fix it!

I love this apartment complex! Facilities are top notch, and clean. The leasing staff is polite and prompt.

Moving in experience has been great so far. Facilities are nice and clean and our neighbors have all been welcoming. I am particularly pleased with the maintenance staff.

Not a horrible experience. I never had issues getting in contact with front office for help, and maintenance was fast. Main issues is only one parking spot offered for a 2 bedroom apartment, seems to be a lot of elevator, water issues, and testing of alarms. But it feels safe. Which is probably the most important factor.

Just moved in a couple weeks ago and so far, so good. My apartment is a 1 bed 1 bath, but it is very spacious compared to the other apartment complexes in the same area. One minor complaint is it can get a little noisy if the apartment is located on the street side.

It is a nice community to live in and the maintenance team is nice and quick. The amenities are nice like gym, theatre and club house. They have recently renovate it as well.

Overall this is a great place to live. It is kept clean and in good order. The grounds are very pretty and the pool is a nice place to spend time. My biggest complaint would be that some of the staff is not the friendliest. We have had some logistical issues while moving in and rather than work with us some of the staff is quick to blame us and treat us like their mistake is our fault and we are dumb. There are also problems with all the systems talking to each other. Most of the staff is great though.

Really bad move-in experience. Community team doesn't care about anything. They don't understand criticality of the tenant's situation. Overall pretty poor experience and way below expected greystar standards.

Beautiful apartments, it's a shame they don't maintain them.

Neat and clean. Well maintained. Great location. Best value in town for this type of apartment. We ended up here because we had a kid with asthma and really appreciate the smoke free environment.

Terrible, unresponsive maintenance department. Expect to wait multiple months to have anything resolved, if they even get around to it at all

The staff has made the move-in process very easy and are very helpful and friendly. Always greeting you with a smile, they are quick to attend to any issues that arise! The maintenance team is fast to action any requests and are very clean and organized. Overall, very happy to call Mosaic my home!

Overall, things have been fine. While there have been some issues, the staff are very professional. Maintenance has also been helpful. Amenities can be more readily available though.

This community has excellent floorplans, helpful staff, and great amenities to use. Excited about the upgrades!

Staff is friendly and helpful and the apartments are nice.

Parking constantly is an issue here with everyone just parking anywhere they want without placards. Why am I paying extra a month if someone is in my spot and spots around with no placard. There’s been a car next to me who legit has been there for 2 weeks with no placard. The front office sent out emails last 2 months saying that they were going to start monitoring and towing cars with no parking placards well I haven’t seen it. Everything else is fine but the parking is a nightmare.

Mosaic is a wonderful community in heart of San Jose. I really love the Area, the staff is friendly and access to public transit is only steps outside the property. Great amenities!

This place is great and we love our apartment. Everybody's friendly and if we get any issues office and maintenance team addressed fast.

I love it, feel comfortable here. Each time I got something not working in my apt, just report it and will get help very soon.

This apartment complex is one of the worst nickel and dime places you could go to. They mis-scheduled our move out walk through so that we couldn't be there for it after we spent HOURS cleaning it then charged us for cleaning. They charged us for new paint when we did not put a single hole in the wall or done anything that could have damaged the paint. Yes they only had a $500 security deposit but then they charged more than that when moving out. Not to mention they overcharged us when moving out for the last month. They charge a premium when the facility is not well kept. You can smell the dog pee as soon as you walk out of any entrance to the complex and there is trash everywhere not to mention all the people that leave garbage in the trash room since no one could be bothered to throw it down the garbage shoot. They had multiple events like pest control where they said they left a note at our door at 8 am which is not true since I had left and came back in after 8am to give us 24 hour notice that they would be there and we needed to vacate but it wasn't seen till that night since I work from home and no one even tried to knock to say it was there. All in all NOT WORTH the money since you pay a premium. Do not get suckered into the nice floor plans it is not worth dealing with the bureaucracy of the management that runs the place or the nickel and dime culture they have.

My experience at Mosaic has been amazing! We were able to tour and sign a lease so easily (with much better rooms and rates than anything around). The management staff are incredibly helpful and nice -- Rudy is an amazing manager and has personally helped me with finding lost packages and giving us our keys even when we arrived after business hours. I've never had a better experience with apartment staff! Highly recommend living here and Rudy deserves a raise!

There are significant evidences of vandalism at different locations within the complex. Security cams need to be more effective. They offer a number of amenities but a lot of the infrastructure is in dilapidated condition. Not recommended.

Apartment is spacious and price is average. But leasing office reply slow and take forever for maintenance to come. And I can hear my neighbors snores at 2 AM. And Cars are loud on Race st. Can hear everything. Doesnt feel safe living on ground floor at all.
