Property Ratings at Morris Estates Apartments
The manager and leasing agent are so kind and helpful! The apartment does need some updating especially the carpets and linoleum in the bathroom and kitchen. I didn’t even mind it while living here??
Amazing beautiful apartment, plenty of space, with every convenience available or wish for in a apartment, we have it! And on our move here from Vermont to Hopkinsville Kentucky. We spent 25 hours driving since we got lost in Ny and traffic through other states, we didn't make it here when we should of before the office closed at 6pm on Friday. but we kept in contact with the building manager Regina at Morris Estates and she said just let her know when we get into Hopkinsville KY. So we finally made it to Hopkinsville Kentucky around midnight on Friday and Regina the building manager came back at midnight on Friday to give us the keys and do the paper work, and show us our new apartment. i cant express how much we LOVE it here and the Amazing Friendly Help full staff. THANK YOU MORRIS ESTATES :-)
The office managers are so friendly, pleasant, approachable, and always willing to help. The maintenance crew is very respectful and efficient. Work orders are carried out in a timely manner, never a problem having a problem taken care of. Neighbors are quiet. The grounds are always maintained. They look beautiful and are clean. Buildings and area are always kept clean. The house keepers are friendly and do a great job. We are very happy here! The apartment complex couldn't be placed in a more convent location. Shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities, are all in close proximity and walking distance. Its also situated next to an established community thats very quiet. We give Morris Estates five stars!!!
It starts with the first contact. You are greeted in a polite and professional manner. There are no confusing terms or unclear policies. Although the application process is one of the longer ones I have come across, I can now understand why. I rented a 2 bedroom one bath on the 2nd floor of one of the buildings. It was bright, up to date and exceptionally clean upon my arrival. You are able to communicate maintenance events, ask questions and pay your rent on line. Which I find extremely convenient. Upon the first of every month there is a news letter waiting on your door to tell you of upcoming events and little tidbits of interesting information. Even though I am surrounded on 4 sides by neighbors I never hear a peep. The halls, stairways and laundry facilities are all kept clean and free of debris. The landscaping and parking lot are also attended to on a regular basis. I have a small dog and there is a large grassy field next to the apartments that is perfect for her to run and play. The property managers do supply and keep changed several doggy stations around the property. Now for the shock and awe. If I put in a maintenance ticket, it is immediately addressed. I think the longest time I have had to wait was 24 hours and that was on a weekend. All issues are taken care of with either professional repairs or replaced with new equipment. No band aids here. Awesome! One last thing, I locked myself out of my apartment and did not get off work till 12:00 am. I called the emergency number and expected to get a recording. Nope. A real person answered and met me at the office to let me in when I arrived home. Not a grumble or grunt. He was sweet, professional and understanding. I wish I had found this place when I first came to Hopkinsville. Then I would not have had to bounce from one disappointing apartment to another. I have finally found a place to call home.
This apartment is great. The neighborhood is so quiet & peaceful. I love everything about it.
My apartment is a wonderful, quiet place. We are protected by soldiers and policemen. It has a wonderful playground, outdoor grill, and picnic tables.We also have social events example like cookouts.The inside of of my apartment is homey and inviting.
