Amazing property the manager is hands down amazing and wonderful. I think the best maintenance team in the world. I will never move again

I am in the market for an apartment came to look at this apartment community. They didn’t have anything available but Amber and Myesha were very helpful! they also gave me a telephone number for one of there sister communities and how to find it! The grounds were very pristine and clean, I could see the upgrades that were being done in the community and it just looks amazing!

The entire staff at morning side apartments in Scottsdale branch is amazing and have especially under the new management been incredibly responsive

pot smoking neighbors below me and management has done NOTHING about it, despite my multiple complaints and their admission that it’s a violation of the lease. Look elsewhere.

I stayed in this apartment for 1 year, paid security deposit of $500 and while leaving I was given a list with charges associated with it. After 2 weeks I got a letter from the management asking for additional $468 (I paid it although they mentioned $675 for kitchen odor imagine!!!), in the list that cost was not provided. I would recommend not to rent this apartment (shelled out $968) just to move out and have peace of mind. If you want to learn from someone's mistake please do not rent this apartment.

Everything the past 2.5 years has been good, no complaints yet.

Management at Morningside was recently taken over by PB Bell. I have lived at Morningside for 7 years now. I have a 1 bedroom unit, all 1 bedroom units are located on the 2nd floor. The first thing that will catch one's eye is that these units have 2 balconies! One as you enter the front door and then an enclosed one off the living room. The unit is about 780 sq ft and the bedroom is quite large. There is a fireplace in the living room and the dining area has built in shelving. The property is very well maintained and I am always proud to have people come over to see the apt. There is a great pool area and a nicely equipped fitness room. The new manager, Tonya, has a very friendly personality and is always there to listen to any tenant's concerns or opinions. The apt. complex is close to shopping (Safeway, Frys, Walgreens), banking, and schools. The elementary school, Laguna, is located within walking distance. There is a senior center and huge park directly across the street. Tenants receive an assigned, covered parking space and there is plenty of guest parking. Pets are permitted at Morningside as well so our 4-legged residents love it here too! :) I hope to continue to call Morningside "My Home" for many years to come!

If you are looking for a one bedroom...look no further! The one bedrooms at Morningside offer a large porch (balcony) at the main entrance and a nice sized balcony off the living room. Large bedroom, fireplace in living room.....a small kitchen but hey, it's a one bedroom! The grounds are always kept clean, there is a very nice pool area and a very clean fitness room. Views of the McDowell Mountains make for a perfect setting while having a cup of coffee on the balcony. Complex is close to hwy 101, shopping, and schools. This apartment complex is highly recommended. And, oh yes, they also have 2 and 3 bedroom units! :)
