Property Ratings at Morningside at Juban Lakes - 55+ or older
The residents here brings back memories of when everyone knew their next door neighbors. The interior of the building is what sets it apart from other apartments. We have LSU football games on in the lobby. Bingo every Wednesday and Saturday. This is where you get to meet your fellow neighbors. The leasing office personal have not changed in over a year. They are here to get you your apartment here. They can be seen as not being overly friendly, but I wouldn't consider them rude or mean. It's their job to get people in the door. We have a movie theater room that can be used by any tenant, the lobby has a jukebox for your listening pleasure, and a beautiful swimming pool. The only downsides for me are the odors of marijuana, and the lack of security. We are supposed to be a gated community, but the gates haven't worked since the apartments opened in 2022.
Office staff extremely rude; change leasing agent every month due to management can’t get along with anybody. THINK WISELY!
