We just recently moved in after 6ish years at another location and the difference is night and day. The office is extremely efficient and friendly and more than willing to help if possible. No one likes moving, but they've made the process as seamless, easy and stress free as possible.

if you are looking for a safe place for your move and even more so you have children, then Morgan's landing is for sure. always clean and green courtyard, the management keeps a good eye on the order of the complex, I personally really like this complex. there is everything for a comfortable stay nearby. we have been living here for two years...

This is the cleanest apartment complex you will find in this price range, maintenance is fast and easy, the app makes it easy to submit requests and pay rent, and management is super friendly!

Very friendly management and they keep the apartments up to date! Daniela helped my roommate and I with everything and made us feel welcome right off the bat! Spacious rooms and apartment as a whole as well. Definitely recommend this place!
I came in to look at some studio apartments. Unfortunately there were none available at that time, but for how I was treated made me step back cause Brianna I believe was her name treated me with the up most respect. She cared for my needs not like a normal manager that just throws you into something you don’t love. I could honestly say if you haven’t had the chance to meet her then you are the one missing out. Not only are they beautiful apartments, but she treats you like your family an that’s what it’s about a home isn’t a home in an apartment complex, if you don’t get along with office personal so in her case I would highly recommend her as my future building manager I never met anyone like her an that personality will take you by surprise
Work orders get done quick, manager cares about the property and people. Really down to earth and I like that! Love the grounds in the summer especially, and even better I don't have to mow!!! Like the pool and playground for my girls.
Morgan's Landing Apartments are a great place to live and in a great location. Ran by great people and the staff is very friendly.
Lived there for 2 & half years, went through different office staff all the time. Had checks "lost" multiple times. Never got anything fixed within a few weeks of asking. Had the heater go out in 12° weather one year, had a toddler & a baby & it took over 24hours for them to fix it.
I just moved in a month ago and the staff couldn't of made it any easier. The apartments are set up great and couldn't of asked for a better place to live with the budget I'm on.
