To many steps to climb for upstairs apartment but other than that love the apartment. The fact that it is a pet friendly complex is a plus. Love the when dogs are roaming unleashed you notify the tenants.

Love my unit, the floor plan and the amenities are great! Office and maintenance team are great! The maintenance team is always walking around picking up trash that makes the property look clean! The girls in the front desk are very welcoming

My experience at morada west is great, I love how calm my area is. I love that there is a dog park I can take my dog too everyday after work, I appreciate there being bags in every corner for dog duty’s. I love how easy the app is to use.

I was so excited to move-in to this community but when I finally did, it was a nightmare! The apartment was NOT ready for a move-in. The unit HAS roaches and more and more appeared each day. The office staff is rude, dismissive and non-communicative. The a/c unit was broken when I moved in and never got fixed! The sink fixtures were rusted. The bathtub was peeling and needed to be resurfaced! The floors had ink spots all over the apartment and on the washer/dryer as well. When I brought all these issues to the managements attention, I was ignored! After multiple calls, visits to the office and emails, I submitted a lease termination letter 5 days later and moved out in 10. I would never recommend this community to Anyone! No one should be treated the way this office treated me and no one should have to go through what I went through with the pests, broken appliance and damages to a new apartment. After becoming a resident, the office personnel was very unprofessional. No one should feel like they’re stuck in a contract like the leasing agent Miguel made clear to point out when I would voice my concerns. If I could give a score lower than a zero for my experience with this community, I would!

There some really nice apartments from the inside and outside I love the neighborhood. But there's no park I see more dog parks and no kids park.

Cambian de personal y es lo mismo no te dan solucion tienen que hacer reparaciones y vas a la oficina y nada más te dicen que ya está la orden de la reparación y no hacen nada desde que rente hasta la fecha rechina el departamento de arriba y no lo han reparado es por eso que ya se me va a vencer mi contrato y no decidí renovar y como son departamentos de dos pisos los vecinos de arriba qué me han tocado son muy escandalosos voy a la oficina y les digo mi molestia y me dicen que son departamentos que si no me gusta que me mueva a otro lado así sus respuestas de los de la oficina !!!

I moved in a unit with missing handles on kitchen drawers, torn screens on windows , washer does not work or dishwasher. I have addressed my concerns with the front office and I am currently waiting for this to be resolved. The front office staff has been great with answering questions and being kind also providing information regarding the process of having my unit addressed by maintenance but I have yet to have my issues resolved . As I am a single mother with one source of income and have not lived in this unit for more than a week I hope that this is resolved sooner than later.

Cuando llegue a vivir los apt era muy tranquilo limpio pero estos últimos meses es todo lo contrario se están muy sucios mucho escándalo en los fines de semana la gente no respeta los parquiaderos y cuando uno les pide que se muevan se molesta desafortunada mente ya no renovaré mi contrato ya no ay seguridad pues que ay muchas personas tomando de noche en los parques y da pendiente uno que tiene niños

The staff made my move in easy and were super friendly. My new pad feels comfortable and I am happy I made the move. The pool area is a nice area and I can't wait to use the fitness center.

La verdad al principio todo estaba bien con el departamento pero conforme paso el tiempo ya no fue lo mismo y algunas cosas que se dañaban tardaban para repararlas y los mantenimiento lo que es dentro y fuera fue de bien a mal eso nada más es lo malo que las personas encargadas en la oficina y las de mantenimiento a veces no hacen su trabajo y en el tiempo que llevo ahí ya cambiaron gente de la oficina y mantenimiento pero es como todo al principio hacen bien su trabajo pero ya con el tiempo vuelven a lo mismo a no importales hacer su trabajo !!!

Worst parking situation imaginable. Regular water shut off of hours at a time, and often zero notice. Terrible property upkeep, trash everywhere.

So currently I’m disappointed when moving in. The place was not move in ready when I got there. I was not able to enter the apartment until after 9 pm and was not given an alternative stay after not meeting 3 different finish times. The dryer was not properly connected, there was water damage in my bathroom, panels were missing from my blinds and now there’s are electrical issues in my bedroom and living room. Response to issues have not been timely to the point I am having to fix it myself. Just need better communications and timely fixes for important issues. Other than that, the place is nice and cool if everything is in working order. No bugs either so that’s a plus.

Can't complain yet, everything is beautiful so far. I love the view and everything is close by to shop. I'll go to the pool and use the gym once I'm fully settled

A couple things in my apartment need fixing, but so far it’s quiet, I don’t have any issues with any utilities besides not getting hot water in my kitchen sink and my oven wobbling, but so far it’s a nice apartment.

Moved into a unit without things working. Office staff was very short and rude and disregarded to the fact that things were not working into the unit that was supposedly move in ready, BUT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT. The laundry area is caked with lent and dust from previous tenants, the laundry area is beyond disgusting and unsanitary. I the unit floors are so bad I have had to mop them 6 times, and thick black substance that arises every time. The walls were so dirty and just painted over. The outside storage has major water damage, and smells like urine. This unit was not ready at all for a single mother and her two babies. Beyond disappointed. Let’s not even mention that the gate never closes and the foot traffic through the complex at night is crazy! People drive through blasting music, and racing all day and night. It’s impossible to get rest.

Been having issues receiving a washing machine for the last few months, have been traveling to the laundromat the last few months just to do my laundry which has been a expense and the front office has told me that there is nothing they can do regarding compensation yet I have to pay full rent, just seems like I’m getting the short end of the stick.

So far so good can’t complain. Maintenance has been good about fixing anything that needs fixed in a timely amount. Not much noise going on at night which is good. Parking space could be a bit wider but over all decent

I’ve lived here for over 5 years so far, seen the management and office team change many times. Usually the maintenance team is awesome in the past but not sure what’s happening now. So many fees flood our monthly bill each year, from parking passes for guest to having to buy a parking pass for ourselves even though I live here and my spot was originally included in my contract, to sanitation pick up yet some days the just don’t pick up the trash and skip apartments, but if they do that we as tenants will get hit with a fine the next day for leaving the trash container outside. So many fees, rent goes up, yet ppl like me pay rent and all the fees and still can’t get a washer fixed.

Everything quiet great people not a lot of parking spaces but everything seems really nice good neighbors everyone has there pets in a leash

Es muy alto el costo de renta, para lo que promocionan y la realidad de lo que es. Muchos cobros extras cómo por ejemplo luz en áreas públicas si ni mi parkin tenía luz y afuera de mi puerta más de 6 meses para reponer una lámpara. Y no se diga de un simple filtro para aire acondicionado un mes para darlo. Al igual su cobró de agua no se me hace justo ya que en un edificio lo dividen. Siendo que en departamento viven hasta 8 personas y en otro sólo 2 personas, so no pueden compararse el consumo de agua es muy diferente.

The move had been good just take a long time to move in so that’s why I’m giving it a 4 stars out of 5 also there is a good bit of issues with the apartment that needs some work.

A lot of homeless people have been walking around and the towing company are scammers. They start towing cars before the time and then make you pay extra in cash!! It’s ridiculous that we can’t have visitors after a certain hour..

Originally parking was horrific! With towing, no parking available for guest, people parking in your assigned parking spot, etc. However I think it’s safe to say that management has put in the efforts to fix the parking issue. Grounds are well kept. Unfortunately my building is infested with roaches. And after talking to maintenance and management this has been an ongoing issue before I moved here. So why would they allow someone to move in before correcting the issue?? The “treatments” from pest control do not work! For all the money we pay for these apartments we shouldn’t have any issues!
