Moorland reserve has been a breath of fresh air. Abby in the office is super attentive to any issues or concerns you may have and maintenance is super quick to fix issues!!

We moved in this past Friday and it went very well. The unit was new and looked great. We love how it has the two bedrooms on the first floor and the rest of the living area upstairs. The views from the back porch of the golf course are beautiful.

Waking up and having morning coffee on porch and watching sun come up is best part ...second only to having a glass of wine on porch and watching the sky at sunset....also watching the golfers on the 11th fairway.

So far my experience has been easy. The manager is very personable and knowledgeable. The move in experience has been flawless. The only issue that I'm aware of is the lock on the front door. Apparently the lock wasn't installed correctly.

Very nice mostly quiet area and condo has great amenities. Parking could be better, but inside the condos are great. The communication on the portal tickets isn’t the best. Overall, I give this place 4 stars.

Pretty happy for the most part. A couple complaints would be the size of the driveway parking spots should've been bigger, the A/C units are noise and maybe should be covered more somehow, the garden islands behind the units should be more colorful like some flowers, not just bushes, the back porch is nice screened in but the deck boards gaps allow bugs to come up inside the screened area defeating the purpose.

It’s relatively quiet here. I sleep well. Pool is clean. Chad does a great job with the pool water. It sparkles and does not have the chlorine smell.

My apartment is wonderful with no noise between walls of apartments. Very quiet and the sunset are to die for. Setting on a golf course is also nice.

The neighbors are pretty nice people. There is always a safe and comfortable feeling here. The views of the golf course are great. The pool and pickle ball are great size and very relaxing.

The staff is absolutely amazing! The units themselves are beautiful. We’ve had a few issues with the craftsmanship of the units, but they have always came out and repaired what they could!

Lauren, Reygan and Chad are an absolutely wonderful team here at Moorland Reserve. Move-in was a breeze! They were eager to help in anyway possible and answered any questions I had about the community. The views from the screened-in back porch are absolutely stunning. The sun sets right over the golf course! I have a Goldendoodle who loves watching the golfers throughout the day! The townhomes are complete with an in-home security system with a front door bell camera, smart thermostat, tons of recess lighting and cathedral ceiling in the Master Bedroom! The community is also gated! I definitely recommend this wonderful community with their absolutely amazing staff. 10/10 Recommend!
