Close to everything, great perks

Decent rent, great location. Everything within walking distance, including the train station. The housekeeper keeps the place clean, which is very nice. The pool is wonderful and the indoor perks (party room, bowling lanes, pool tables, sauna, hot-tub, and gym) are kept clean and nice as well. The only down-side is that the manger has a personal vendetta against the ganja. She doesn't care that we are in CO, she will go after anybody she thinks is breaking her personal rule and try to kick them out. So, keep this in mind.
