The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Montgomery Court
One week I did reported to the office is mouse in my apartment,He doesn’t care even I reported twice still my apartment so massed up and nasty and damage. They just care to get the money even not cheap today I’m going to report it even I post the picture of my apartment. I never ever recommended to anyone move to this place so poor service. After you moved to this place you have to come to the office many times until maybe fix the issue.
5 different property managers with extremely different rules. mandatory 13 month lease. was told mold is a known problem and if any rips in the anti-mold wallpaper are found, to immediately contact management. Same management who came to make repairs on crumbling cabinets.....3 months later a maintenance guy asks "did they ever fix the cabinets?" "no" then he laughed. That's basically living here, in a nutshell. only the desperate.
Is zero stars not an option? Seriously, it should be. I lived there for 2 years and it was AWFUL. When I first came in to talk to them they seemed nice and went over all the fees and whatnot. Then THE DAY me and my roommate came to sign the lease, a different manager told us an entirely different pricing for rent, water, pet fees, etc.. With a Uhaul parked outside we did not have much choice but to move in. Then come to find out that these place might as well be made of cardboard with how easily they fell apart, and our utility bills told us that there was little to no insulation, or it could have been the windows that didn't close all the way. Nothing like a cold winters breeze while sitting on you couch in the living room. If you ever want something fixed good luck since they get a new apartment manager and maintenance man every couple of months work orders tend to get "lost". For some dumb reason we decided to stay another year and lo and behold our rent went up by about a $100 dollars, which was a nice little shock when we went to re-sign the lease, but, we had nowhere else to go at the time ,so, we had not choice. Now, it's been 6 MONTHS since we moved out and come to find out my credit score is down 70 points because of a $500 fee from them that got sent to FICO. We never got any notice whatsoever of such a fee. I went to talk to them (and shocker, it's a new manager) and she said that they send out ONE letter when we move out, "oh they don't call or email. but they letter should have been forwarded." What was this bill for exactly? Cleaning fees that she said EVERYONE has to pay when they move out. Which was quite surprising, because when I moved in I was told that the $300 move-in fee and $250 pet fee was for cleaning. All she had to say was "sorry that wasn't true". So if you hate money and your credit score, then Montgomery Court is for you.
Do not live here! My roommate and I were there for 2 years because the location was convenient. ALL of the windows were old and falling apart, and the utility bills were outrageous. It wasn't worth it. There is no insulation, they raised the rent every year, and gouge you for money whenever they can. We were told that there was a non refundable deposit in the beginning, as well as pet fees. It is now months after we moved out that I find out that we "owe them money" by checking my credit score. It damaged my score quite a bit because of the move out fees that I was never notified of. Our apartment was clean when we left, and when the keys were turned in, management said nothing about any fees. If it was for cleaning, then what was the deposit and the pet fees for? I never received an email or phone call about this money that we owed.
