My overall experience over the last ~2 years has been the most positive I've had at a complex in Phoenix. It's not without its issues, such as some old appliances, and there are emergency sirens pretty often due to multiple hospitals being nearby. The property manager as of right now (10/25/25), however, is without a doubt the best I've dealt with. I reported an issue with my air conditioner at the beginning of last summer, and it was looked at and replaced entirely with a new unit within the week. My dishwasher was a similar situation. Any time I've had questions or concerns, they've been acknowledged and addressed.

Overall not terrible apartments. Could be more updated, but you get what you pay for. Its a quiet community although you can definitely hear traffic and sirens constantly. Pool is frequently closed but staff does their best to make it better quickly.

Great complex to live in. Quiet clean and easy freeway access . Nice pool gym and staff members. Maintenance is top priority for any issues that need attention. Schools transportation is near apartment building.

Doing a great job and running a great community. My biggest issue has still just the tenants not picking up after their dogs! I don’t know if there is much you guys can do about that but maybe install a security camera to hold people accountable and some sort of fine?

Very nice the pool is pretty, close to my job like 5 mins away, very quiet, person who lives above me is quiet not loud at all, people who live here are nice that I've seen so far. Very easy to move in and doing the leasing process was very easy. I like that their is two has stations close by.

It’s quiet I have had no issues with residents. Security is never great tho. Never paying attention. My car got broken into and 2 others the same night in the same spot. But overall not a bad place. Outside the complex is where it can be scary.

It has been a difficult 3 months at Monterra. I moved in officially a month into my lease. Outlets didn't work, closet doors still have trouble sliding, had to ask for washer and dryer to be replaced, hot water was shut off, light switched to this day don't work. Management has to be contacted constantly.

Lived here for three years, paid more rent than new tenants but less prioritized. New lady property manager in the office love telling you to file your needs online instead of handling things in person, just makes me miss their old office team back

I’ve so far been having a great and quiet time at my new apartments. The residents are very friendly. I walk the apartments daily, its pretty well picked up and cleaned. It’s going on my 3 month here and no complaints so far.

I been here for a few years now . 3rd floor is better for peace but a pain to move into. First floor is great but more costly on ac/ Elc. Now I'm on second floor it not as good the third floor. Place is good for location . They been trying to improve the life style and security but you all know ut take all of us to make that happen better. Community. Staff and maintenance is friendly etc..you might catch a move in deal.

It’s ok. New mail box would be nice. Keeps getting broken into. Wish the pool was open more than it is. It’s always broken down. The trash is always overflowing and attracts a lot of wild life. Including rats and cockroaches. There are cockroaches in the walls.

The apartment complex is pretty awesome. Parking sometimes can be rough. The office staff is wonderful. The pool is beautiful. It’s a pretty quiet gated apartment community.

It cool in quite for the most part, when need something fix they come within 24/48 hrs of request, just wish my kitchen were a little bit bigger but I can deal with it

The amount off dog poop and the smell of pet urine in the summer is the reason for moving after 3 years. Oh and let’s not forget about the over flowing garbage bays with full size beds and couches weekly. This property needs a deep clean.

Its horrible from the up keep outside to the up keep in the apartments that maintenance suppose to handle its always a excuse when work is needed to be done i believe the apartment should match its name

I've been here a month now, moved from out of state and so far I really like it. The staff has been very helpful, the community is very diverse, and maintenance is really on top of things.

No bugs no bugs live at this complex at all not one the units are clean apartments and very quiet the prices are affordable and the complex is walking distance from many things.

I like how quiet it is. Aside from traffic i hear every so often, the complex isn't noisey. I don't hear any of my neighbors. Non emergency maintenance requests do take a while though (3ish months)
