I recently visited the Montecito Apartments when a friend hosted a party at the clubhouse, and I was blown away by the experience. I stopped by the office, where I met Savannah and Rosa—both were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. Savannah even gave me a tour of the property after helping me find my way to the clubhouse, and I instantly fell in love with the community. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jose from maintenance, who clearly takes pride in his work. As a proud homeowner, I don’t currently need an apartment, but if I did, Montecito would be my first choice. I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends looking for a welcoming and well-managed community!

I went last week to tour a new apartment since i will be moving soon and was extremely lucky to get Rosa to be the one to tour me because she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me out and answered all my questions perfectly. Unfortunately their wasn’t any 1 bedrooms available at this time but she said she will notify me as soon as one is available so I’m looking forward to this again I cant express how grateful I am and happy with the service I got from Rosa she’s incredible and I can see why they are doing so great with someone like that working their it makes sense

I'm happy with living here. Staff is polite. The area is kept up as clean as it can be. Sometimes the pool is hard to access with people having big parties, the area is quiet. People are friendly.

I have lived in many apartment building, but Montecitio is in a stratosphere of it's own. Beautiful community, with great staff and residents. Everyone seems to know everyone and their are never any issues. I feel safe when I am here.

Montecito apartments have a updated look and is nice because it is a smaller complex. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. The location is central to restaurants , shopping and all other needs such as freeways. We have lived here at Montecito for six years and are looking forward to many more.

I have stayed here for 5 years this is my sixth year but this new management need to pay attention on resident issues very seriously.My wife and kids were waiting near the office parking to get an update for the work order that was took a month to be completed.The office door was closed and it was around 3:00 pm waiting for the manager the manager arrives after 15 minutes and instead opening the office door she stared walking to her appartment she saw my wife and kids waiting and completely ignored them instead of asking if she had some problem.Hope this new management gets better by the time and take resident issues and their job seriously
