Living at Monte Vista has been my best experience with an apartment complex/ management. Super responsive, everything I feel like i need to know is listed in my lease or management is great at answering questions. Maintance takes care of my requests same day and i feel taken care of. The location is amazing when it comes to anything I need such as being close to shopping centers, getting to 470, lots of food options. Would highly recommend to friends and family

Great place to live - quiet and around a great area. The staff, both front desk and maintenance are amazing. We had a toilet issue, we contacted the staff, and within a day they were able to get two guys to come by and fix it! Would recommend!

The maintenance staff never disappoints. I’ve loved living here, but my desire to stay drops every day when I walk into my place and it smells like weed in my home, in my closet and in my clothes from one neighbor. Having to spend 600.00 to move to a different apt is crazy expensive when I’m the one following the rules.

The units are a bit run down and dated, especially for the high rental price. The location is excellent, however, and the leasing staff and maintenance staff are a pleasure to work with.

Monte Vista apartments are a good choice for anyone looking for a great location near Denver. 1 or 2 bedroom apartments with an attached garage, affordable, and good management team on site. We use the wonderful pool all summer & the hot tub is available all year. My husband enjoys the small, but equipped fitness room in the main office building. Maintenance team is able to handle any issue that needs repair. Check out Monte Vista apartments!

Monte Vista apartments are in a wonderful suburban setting, close to shopping, churches and the Front Range of the Rockies. The apartment is well maintained with good/newer appliances, paint and grounds keeping. The staff in the office is really helpful and maintenance department is too! We’re very glad to be living here!

I love living at Monte Vista. The office staff are always so helpful and nice. Any time I've had a maintenance request it is resolved quickly and correctly. It really feels like home here, more so than other apartment complexes that I've lived in.

I have been living at Monte Vista even longer than I realized. Since late 2013. When I moved in I had a dog and he loved it here. There is a dog park within the property and we are also just minutes away from multiple parks and trails. This is a great place to live if you love to walk in your neighborhood, enjoy amazing sunsets and cherish peace and quiet. There is easy access to all the necessities, highways and public transportation. The office team and maintenance crew are friendly and kind and do all they can to help. The property itself is clean and the landscape is really nice. The buildings are painted every couple of years and there are lots of trees and grass throughout the property as well. Washers and dryers are provided in a each unit and all of them have a single car garage. If they ever decide to turn it into a condo complex, I would totally buy my unit!

A great location for those who cannot drive as delivery service is available. The apartments are only two stories and has a garage.

I really enjoy living here. The grounds are well kept, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance staff is also incredible and reliable. It is quiet and residents have been friendly. I am happy with my decision to move here!
