Property Ratings at Monte Vista
I've been living here for about 2 months now and I really have no complaints about this place. This property is excellent! Alejo and Cynthia are very responsive and available to make sure that all you concerns and requests are taken care of as soon as possible. The apartments are lovely and the community is gorgeous. It really doesn't get any better than this.
Monte Vista garden like setting and the surroundings are the best features. It is a good value for the money.
this place is a cozy building. small and the trees make it like a park setting. I like the space- wish there washer and dryer in the unit...they do have laundry on site. Pet friendly, so I can bring Bruno!

Perfect community for us; beautiful and secured surroundings .
The complex was sold last year and has been upgraded resulting in higher rents, but everything has been refurbished and it's nicer than when I moved in 18 months ago. Maintenance supervisor is responsive to requests, and a problem I had with upstairs neighbors over dropping cigarette butts on my patio was dealt with to my satisfaction. New pool and gym areas, refurbished laundry room and new landscaping. PET FRIENDLY!!
This is a very pleasant place to live in, I've been living here for 2 years and never had a problem, with tenants or management. They repair any fixtures, right away. Overall the complex is very clean and mantained. And most important its very safe, and family oriented. The rent is priced pretty high for the area its in, and you do have to pay water.
