Open communication /truthful transparency Ashton parc is a nice community, centrally located with access to a plethora of dining and shopping. They want you to pay for “valet” garbage, when you can take your own. We asked about upstairs neighbors and were told it’s pretty quiet. It has been nonstop stomping, running, etc upstairs. Wish the leasing agent would have been truthful and we could have picked another unit or complex all together. The gated entry doesn’t work so the gate is always open. The washer and dry are small and loud and rusty. The Sunday “brunch” are packaged pastries. Don’t get me wrong it a great community and the rent is decent. Just prefer the transparency so the expectations aren’t false and now stuck.

Quick sink fix The sink was repaired while I was at work. The job site was left in excellent condition. Everything works as it should. I was visited by a service ninja, for sure!

Great Maintenanace My water heater went out on a Tuesday morning and from the moment I called, Property Manager Alexis made sure maintenance Manager Daniel knew all the details. Daniel came by and took care of the issue and kept me in the loop the whole time. Excel;lent work!

Excellent Service and Warm Community We have been living at Luxe at Ocotillo for almost 1.5 years, and the service provided by the staff has always been excellent. When our air filter needed to be changed, maintenance came the very next day. When our microwave broke, they quickly checked it and replaced it with a new one the following day. Everything has been handled promptly and efficiently. Most importantly, the staff are always warm and welcoming, which truly makes us feel like part of a family here. We are very grateful for their outstanding service and hospitality.

Beautiful Apartments We just moved in yesterday on a rushed timeline. The staff in the leasing office were great and we moved in on the date we requested. There are a lot of leasing options available right now for 2bd/2bath and the apartments at Madrid were the nicest in our price range. The property looks amazing and very well taken care of and has a lot of amenities.

New Dishwasher The maintenance person came yesterday to deliver my new dishwasher. Although he was by himself l, he removed the old one, cleaned up everything, then brought in the new dishwasher and installed it. He did all this in very little time. I was extremely pleased with his work. Top marks to him.

Washer replacement Lovely experience…once I submitted my work request on my washer not working, maintenance was out the next day to look at it. New washer was then installed the following day. Quick and accommodating.

Great Move-in Experience! Our apartment was ready and all the necessary upgrades were completed. The maintenance dept. at Campbell Run is amazing and so are the gals at the leasing office. Great, attentive service! I absolutely love everything about my new apartment so far! The community is peaceful, well-kept, and everything feels so welcoming. Washing machine replacement The response was very quick and the new machine works great. I'm usually hesitant when it comes to apartment work crews, but the staff here is excellent and did a good job.

You asked It took over a week for someone to come. The tech guy was very nice and fixed the problem. But left old parts and pieces in the floor, pretty much zero clean up. He was clearly over worked.

Washing machine broken and doors taken off the washer and dryer They said the obviously old washing machine that they would order new parts and they said it would be 3 to 4 DAYS. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 TO 4 WEEKS AND MY WASHING MACHINE DOES NOT WORK. I’ve called several times about it and I keep being put off. Friendly Staff I can't remember his name, but the maintenance man who helped with our AC was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the front desk as well for helping us speed up the request. We learned that our apartment temperature was 91 degrees inside

Wonderful Community A true living diverse community of professionals. Friendly, courteous & respectful towards each other. Dishwasher, Bathroom fan and bathroom drain. Fan old and loud, bathroom was slow due to the previous tenant’s stuck hair in the drain that wasn’t attended prior to releasing apartment for the new lease.dishwasher have seen it’s better days and the bathroom sink is rusted. Original appliances including old blinds in the b bedroom that got stuck and broke. Kiki is very helpful and professional.
