Needs Updating
Such a wonderful location, but man do these apartments need serious renovation. The interior shared walls between apartments are so thin you can hear your neighbors closing cabinets and coughing, and even moving around downstairs. The building was constructed in 1957, and clearly little has been done to it since then. When your neighbors walk your floor shakes. However, the management company is very responsive, and the location is incredible. I wish they would make updates to the structure, as it would improve the quality of life for all who live here.
