During the day it’s very quiet and peaceful but at night it is very loud. Cars pulling up blasting music and other residents being loud outside. Other than that it’s great!

Visitor parking is the only thing that takes away from the apartment complex. Don’t understand why it’s not free or why we don’t at least have 1 pass per person

Easy move in with the ladies in the leasing office. Maintenance crew are OK. They tend to slack off alot but they end up getting the task done with a slight hassle. The neighborhood is pretty quite for the most part, there are alot of residents with children. The police are also pretty good at patrolling as well. I love my apartment & everything that comes with it ??

It’s an overall calm community. The carpet is really nice in the apartment and it’s spacious. Love the in-house appliances. A few problems I would say are the gnats, they’re really annoying. And the walls and windows are paper thing, so you can hear everyone and everything.

The apartments are old and in need of upgrades. This is year 4 for me and the maintenance calls are overwhelming. The plumbing is poor. There are zero incentives for renewing lease.
Shantel and Tia did an excellent job getting me in here they were very informative and helpful because I must say I was a tad but worrisome nevertheless I'm here... So far so great staff very friendly, apartment was more then I expected, overall I'm very excited to be here!

Love the view from our apartment window and very little noise, the only thing we can hear from time to time is the planes but you get used to it very quickly.

I love the peace and quiet but I dislike the bugs. I ended up having a Big Roach, Spider and Beatle issue that has died down with the weather change. The features of these apartments are awesome internet included with rent and I've only had 2 outages so far.

The leasing office ladies are amazing and the community doesn’t feel dead, people are always out walking around and talking! The apartments are nice too. Downside is when moving in I had no hot water, a broken washer, and a toilet that didn’t flush right, BUT maintenance was pretty fast to fix all of it.

It's been nice here the staff is super friendly and get back to me quick and when I need something fixed there quick to keep me posted on what is going on and my neighbor is a really nice guy and keeps me posted on things when i don't no something is going on!

This is my fourth year here and I must say I'm no longer happy. The sewage backups are annoying and inconvenient. Then management doesn't understand that carpet should be cleaned after backups. Each time, I've had to clean my own carpet at my own expense. I've given up trying to get air/heat to circulate in my bedroom. At this point, I'm only here because I hate packing and moving.
My experience living here at Monarch Crossing has been great, neighbors are nice and friendly. If there is a concern the office will do their best to take care of it.

Neighborhood is ok, the apartments would be better if they had flooring instead of carpet. Also they charge for visitor parking. Lots of mosquitoes in the area.

The flex rent program is really great and helpful to low income residents one of the largest reasons for me staying over the years. As a single person working two jobs it can still be hard to pay all bills and a large rent payment. With the flex program rent gets split into two monthly payments to making it more manageable for a single person to make.

I must say I like it it’s quiet, clean, and MAINTENANCE is great they come within 3 days sometimes same day to fix your issue which is a big thing for me. The room sizes are great and overall space is great. However one thing I HATE with living here there is no guest prking spots literally ZERO your guest have to pay to park, park outside the neighborhood and walk, or risk getting towed I think that’s not thought of thoroughly I’ve never lived somewhere that there isn’t guest parking/ unmarked. I’ve gotten towed as a resident for parking in the “pay to park spots” because there wasn’t any spots left and I live in the very back with a newborn and can’t park outside the whole neighborhood and walk home that’s very unsafe to me. It’s a reason I am looking to move I tend to have guest over often/family and imagine me telling them to pay just to come see me, because towing is 24-7. Other than that 0 problems out of the neighborhood itself besides minor things thanks for reading my review.

Almost a year has gone by and still waiting for my bath tub to be fixed. Has taken multiple requests and office closing requests saying completed with nothing done. We try are best to be good renters but moving out to be closer to work only thing found is open 1mth prior to lease end asked for the ability to end contract a month early or work something out and was just told point blank leave when you want but you will pay everything till end of lease... No wonder people come and go so often here...

Apartment isn’t too bad I have no complaints about the neighbors or the area really. My only complaint is that the apartments would be 10x better if they had flooring as opposed to carpet because the carpet gets dirty easily.

My move-in experience was smooth and flawless. Ms. Tia is AMAZING, she is inviting, professional, friendly and knows her stuff! She is upfront and open. If your looking for a new place to call home contact Tia! I enjoy the lay-out of my home. Mr. Wally is a great Maintenance Tech. He is friendly, and cleans up whatever he is working on. Just wish grilling was allowed on site and the washer and dryer area was in a closet. Come check out Monarch Crossing!
