Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. My partner and I have lived at Moment for a month now. The location of the building is perfect, and the apartment has been fantastic. The building is clean, quiet, and has amazing amenities that we have enjoyed using thus far. Everyone has been beyond welcoming and kind. Needs new management. Parking garage elevator down for 6 months besides all the elevators not working properly.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the elevator incident. A small electrical fire occurred in one of our stairwells, and due to the Fire and Life Safety equipment we have in place, the sprinklers were activated. This resulted in water entering three elevator shafts, causing them to be impacted. We are glad to report that no one was injured, and no resident homes were affected by this unfortunate event. With prompt and diligent response from our team and vendors, three elevators are now up and running. Our senior management team is working round the clock with the most experienced technicians and engineers in the industry to ensure that the other two elevators are fully functional soon. We have been updating our residents regularly regarding the status of the repairs and are on standby to assist whenever there is an emergency. I moved into Moment from across the country without visiting the property or neighborhood in person. Wendy did an excellent job ensuring the entire process went smoothly. I couldn't be happier. Everyone is extremely friendly, it's also dog friendly, and everything you need is within walking distance. The amenities are also excellent, and the city/lake view is spectacular.

Prompt service. I place work order on a holiday and they fixed same day within 2hrs. I was shocked because i was expecting the next day! Maintenance is great!!!

The Moment is a new, modern, luxurious building. The rooftop pool, hot tub, steam room, and dog-washing station are some of my favorite amenities. The front door staff is welcoming and friendly. I feel secure in this building because the front door staff doesn't allow random people in and gives you a call when you have visitors or food delivery. I enjoy being located walking distance from the lake, beach and Navy Pier.

Love the apartment building and my apartment unit! However the walls and ceilings feel extremely thin. I’m able to hear my neighbors upstairs stomping on their floors every day. I’m able to hear my next door neighbors playing music, watching tv, or even having arguments from my bedroom late at night when I’m trying to go to sleep. I also hear extremely loud dogs barking throughout the halls every day. For the amount paid in rent, you would think that the units are a little more soundproof

I lived at Moment for 5 years until October 2022. Being retired and on a fixed income, the extremely high rent increase for the 2022-23 year forced me to move to another building nearby. After living at the other building for a year and being very dissatisfied (more like a struggle/nightmare) I moved back to Moment and it was like coming back home. Everyone from the concierge, to maintenance, to the leasing/management office welcomed me back with open arms. I’m in a unit with the same floor plan as I had before. The way Moment maintains their units is stellar and everything was like moving into a new unit - perfect. I cannot say enough good things about the building and staff and am looking forward to living at Moment for many years to come.

I have loved my time here at Moment! The lake view from my apartment is breathtaking and I can't get enough of all the amenities the building has to offer. I appreciate all the staff, from the front desk team, to maintenance, to management, as they all always go above and beyond to take care of the residents. I never want to leave, and neither do my guests when they come to visit. 10 out of 10 recommend.
I’ve really enjoyed living at Moment. The concierge staff is so helpful and make living at Moment a better place. My dog loves it as much as I do.
The quality of service has really declined over the past year and a half and it is obvious the building is saving cost and reducing investment into the property. The maintenance staff is very nice and responsive, but not effective at maintaining the apartment to a standard commensurate to the price point.
