Modera Woodstock

I moved into Modera Woodstock August 2025 and can only say positive things. Application and MoveIn Experiences was seemless, very courteous and the team was amazing and very patient (we had to do everything virtually), special thanks to Jess and Quiera! it is a great place to live, very modern and kept up and it is truely a wonderful community to live in!

I moved to this apartment building almost six months ago and I am so glad I did. The building is secure, modern, cleaned daily by staff, well maintained, and is within walking distance of public transportation, shops, a grocery store, and restaurants. Fellow residents are friendly and there are social activities to attend. The staff are always helpful and attentive if there is ever a concern or even just to say hi. I highly recommend that you visit and experience a tour. You won’t be disappointed!

The team at Modera Woodstock goes out of their way to answer and resolve questions lickety-split. Jessica and Quiera are helpful and resourceful. Jair and Junior respond in minutes to any need. This team is crafting a community where we all feel safe and included. You'll come to love your home here.

I absolutely love living at Modera Woodstock! From day one, the team has been amazing — Quiera helped make my application and move-in process seamless, and both Junior and Jair have been friendly, and proactive. Jessica, the Community Manager, clearly leads with heart — the whole team radiates warmth and joy. Every detail here makes it feel like home. The signature scent that greets me in the lobby instantly helps me unwind, the rooftop lounge with multiple fire pits is my favorite evening spot, and the dog spa is perfect for my pup. The package room gives me peace of mind for bigger deliveries, and I’ll admit I was skeptical about valet trash at first, but it’s turned out to be one of my favorite conveniences. The apartment itself is quiet and peaceful — I never hear my neighbors or hallway noise — and every little design touch makes it feel like a resort. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to call Modera Woodstock home!

Emilee gave me my tour and she was great. The apartment complex is really nice, peaceful. Jessica and Zach have been very helpful. That's all I've met but I'm sure the rest of the staff is just as helpful. Great location - almost everything you need is within walking distance.

Modera Woodstock represents what modern living should be: sleek design, spotless shared spaces, and a real commitment to sustainability. I’ve been living here for two months and couldn’t be more satisfied. Everything works efficiently—from the green systems to resident services. Special thanks to Jessica, who was incredibly helpful during my move and transition. A top-notch place to live in Portland.

I did not virtual tour or in person tour this place before moving in. I do not regret it. I had to move quickly and the process was seamless. Jessica and Zach are perfect at what they do. The communication is impeccable, the customer service is fantastic. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

I've been living in Modera Woodstock since Winter and the building was still getting it's fresh new appliances and door locks were settling in. While there will always be a few little things that need touch ups or might need an adjustment after settling, the staff here is always on it when you ask for some assistance. Be in the management staff with questions about the lease, the custodial crew that keep the hallways clean & greet you with a smile as you grab coffee, or the tag-team handymen -- Jair & Jr. -- that work hard to make sure everything is up to snuff. I have appreciated the periodic aid and keeping this place safe and upkept, so I can focus on the other tasks for the month.

I moved here from out of state, and this apartment has been great, exceeding my expectations. I found exactly what I wanted in my next place to live + more. The staff have been remarkably friendly and helpful -- even saying hi to me by name when I pass through the front lounge. The community managers like Jessica have helped me settle in comfortably. When I moved in, I had to submit a couple maintenance tickets, and they were handled swiftly and with smiles: shoutout to Jair and Junior on the service team. There are so many places to walk to around here, especially to eat, and buses to ride to find more. It also feels very safe, as there are many other people out and about doing the same things and exploring the area. My experience of Portland has been overwhelmingly positive, and living here is definitely a big contributor of that.

This place is just beautiful. The amenities are so, so good and I feel so safe here. I love the complimentary coffee every morning and a chance to meet the neighbors. The club room is fantastic with shuffleboard, pizza oven, and gourmet kitchen. It is a little pricey but you get more than your money’s worth here! With 24/hr gym, climbing wall, and EV charging, I feel like I won the lottery living here. The front desk staff are always available and so helpful. You don’t find that at other complexes. Highly recommend Modera Woodstock!

I toured the apartment with the assistant manager, Jessica and the manager, Zachary, as well as the leasing agent, Quierra, all of whom were genuinely nice, well-spoken, knowledgeable about the building and the amenities, prompt and responsive with excellent follow through. Their energy is super inviting and infectious and they’re really good about remembering people’s names. They made the move in process so smooth and simple, and have always been ready and eager to answer questions. The apartment amenities are thoughtful and they really try to create a friendly community for the residents. This was one of my best choices in my life to move into this apartment! Moving from Texas to Portland was a big transition, and the month leading up to my move was quite stressful. However, the Modera Woodstock team went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way. From processing my paperwork to answering all of my questions with patience and kindness, their support made all the difference. Since arriving just a few days ago, I have felt nothing but warmth and hospitality. I was welcomed so kindly, and my apartment exceeded all my expectations—the appliances, drywall, paint colors, and overall quality of the unit and entire complex are simply spectacular. Whenever I’ve needed assistance or had questions, the team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. I truly appreciate everything you have done to make this transition smooth and enjoyable. I moved to Modera Woodstock apprehensively as I had only abided in mini mansions off the south of France prior. When my house husband/ personal assistant Artemis said bon voyage I decided to pick up and venture to the PNW with a new sense of independence and nothing but fear of the unknown ahead of me. Let me tell you that the front office team has done nothing but support my transition into Portland life. They have made me feel as if I have 3 Artemis’ instead of the one. 3 cheers for a smooth transition stateside and such an accommodating team of folks. I couldn’t recommend highly enough

We’ve been loving our experience at Modera so far! The amenities are fantastic, the neighborhood is great, and the building itself is well-maintained and incredibly secure. The building manager, staff, and maintenance team have all been wonderful—friendly, responsive, and professional.
