      We just moved into Modera Walsh and we love the apartment and the amenities! All of our neighbors that we met are very friendly and welcoming. We are also excited about the smoke free environment! We had a little trouble with our key fob when we first got the apartment but when we reached out to management about the problem they were quick to respond with a solution. We appreciate everything they’ve done to help us feel comfortable and settled. The only thing I would change is to have more parking available close to the main building.

      I love my apartment. I don’t like the way the landscaping has deteriorated and not been refreshed. We have dead plants around the buildings, bare spots, plants that have outgrown the beds, bug problem in the such as ants and worms. However, the flowerbeds up around the office and the front around the entrance looks good. We were told last year that there was going to be a new landscaping company and redo all of the beds, but that has not happened. With what we pay in rent the landscaping should look pristine. There has been a lot of speeding on the streets, especially around buildings two and three. there have been a couple of times when I’ve tried to cross the street and had to stop quickly because of speeding cars, when I tried to get the license number it not possible It really seems like in the last year things have gone down from when I first moved here in 2024. Last I have trouble getting someone to answer the phone in the office no matter what time or day I call.

      Having just moved into my apartment, I can confidently say that I am very happy with the community and apartment itself. It’s quiet and modern, but cozy and comfortable. The issue I ran into when moving in, was my furniture delivery running into issues because of the internal stairway and the low ceilings. I had to refuse delivery because of building restrictions and accessibility limitations. While walking the hallways, I’ve noticed many stained floor areas, and just now figured out that I have to haul my trash clear across the complex just to throw it away. I think there needs to be a pick up service or a trash drop provided to residents. Overall I am happy with my unit and the residents have been friendly.

      I’ve enjoyed living at Modera in many ways, the interior and exterior are well maintained and have a modern, attractive look. The amenities are also a strong plus, making the property feel upscale and comfortable. The walking trail is nice as well. That said, there have been some frustrations. Our washer has had a persistent leak, and while the “new” maintenance guys did come to look at it, we were told it was simply due to load size. This explanation wasn’t accurate, as the issue still occurs from time to time with small loads. Another concern is that residents are required to purchase their own water filter for the appliance provided by Modera as of recently. While I don’t mind replacing it, I do feel this should be covered considering the rent and high utility costs here. On top of that, I just noticed my apartment did not come with a fire extinguisher, something I would assume is standard, and I can’t help but wonder if we’d have to pay for that as well.

      There’s a roof over our heads but there is no trust in management. Feels like a poorly run operation of everyone complaining about every issue being someone else’s fault. Anytime there’s construction it’s a mess. The buildings were done poorly and fixtures were falling from the ceiling. there was a mess for weeks. Sheetrock pieces, sawdust, screws, and other trash. They don’t clean the buildings regularly and it was shocking how much they left for us. Safety is a last concern here. We have people coming over to eat lunch on the lawn outside our apartment and then after dumping a bunch of furniture from their car proceeded to use the bathroom in a bag next to one of the dumpsters. They are there almost every day now. A man who was clearly marked as a construction worker from a future apartment nearby followed me into the building and when I asked if he needed help he asked for money. I told him he needed to leave and he wouldn’t until I threatened to call security. Excited to leave!

      I have already written a review about Modera Walsh before, and at this time, the apartment complex is still a great place to live! The management continue to maintain high standards for the community and stay on top of maintenance issues, as well as other issues that arise. They are very communicative of things that are going on in the community, both good and bad, via email updates. The rent is still affordable and fair, which is a big plus. With how things currently are, I will happily continue to stay at Modera Walsh!

      Overall the apartment complex is great but we have only been here for two days. The whole complex is well maintained. There is plenty of parking and easy access to public areas.

      It has been a lovely place to live. Although, the more people move in, the less parking spots available, and the more poop people don't pick up after their dogs. But over all, we do like our home and the amenities!

      I just wanted to share my experience moving into Modera Walsh Apartments — and honestly, it’s been really great so far! Coming from living in a house, downsizing, and stepping into a new chapter as an empty nester, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much I love it here.       Modera Walsh has, by far, been the best apartment complex that I have lived at, and I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the management makes the effort to foster a feeling of neighborly community here through community events, etc. The apartments have many elegant and upscale touches at an affordable price. The maintenance staff are quick to address maintenance requests both for the units and for the general complex. Those in management are excellent at holding residents accountable to following their leases so that the elegance, cleanliness, and upscale standards of living are maintained within the community. Overall, I would highly recommend living here, as I have been very happy with my experience here at Modera Walsh.

      So far love the community - beautiful property. Friendly leasing agents and quick response to questions. Amenities are fantastic, dog park, dog wash, gym, many areas rooms and the pool. There is a nice trail to walk and through property seating areas with fire pits

      I’ve only lived here less than a month but so far i’m loving it! The office staff was super welcoming during my tour and continues to be. They’re super helpful and attentive with any questions I have. I love the neutral finishes in the unit and I love my private garage! I can’t wait for warmer weather so i can drink coffee on my balcony. Coming from downtown fort worth I absolutely love the view of no buildings around me. It’s also super quiet here which I love.
