Just moved in. I am very pleased with the leasing center, the process was efficient and fast. The apartment is perfect, the building clean and the amenities are great.
Everyone in the apartment community has been nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and clean, and there were no issues when moving in. The maintenance team has been fast at responding to work orders and they are very nice.
So far it has been unbelievable. The community is so inviting and the friendly staff at the front office. Marissa is a true rockstar, she made our move and process easy.
Just moved in July 10th. Loving my new Apartment. Great staff, very helpful and supportive. Pool area is amazing as well as the fitness area very clean.
Community is really nice. I wish they would enforce people picking up their dog’s messes. Amenities are really nice and maintenance is quick to get to you. They just don’t give you a heads up when they’re coming.
I have already written a review about Modera Walsh before, and at this time, the apartment complex is still a great place to live! The management continue to maintain high standards for the community and stay on top of maintenance issues, as well as other issues that arise. They are very communicative of things that are going on in the community, both good and bad, via email updates. The rent is still affordable and fair, which is a big plus. With how things currently are, I will happily continue to stay at Modera Walsh!
I pay for an expensive apartment for the location in the complex, but can’t enjoy the patio due to the young kids yelling and screaming around the pool. Kids running around on top of the pool furniture.
The community is very good and we love all the amenities. We only see in our building that it lacks maintenance with cleaning. Too much dust, insects and work waste.
The move in was great! Apartment was clean and ready to go! I have been enjoying the paved trails and the food trucks that have been stopping by!

Overall the apartment complex is great but we have only been here for two days. The whole complex is well maintained. There is plenty of parking and easy access to public areas.

It has been a lovely place to live. Although, the more people move in, the less parking spots available, and the more poop people don't pick up after their dogs. But over all, we do like our home and the amenities!

I just wanted to share my experience moving into Modera Walsh Apartments — and honestly, it’s been really great so far! love the amenities. the coffee lounge and gym are great. love the water refill station pool patrons can be a little obnoxious, as someone with a pool facing balcony.

Modera Walsh has, by far, been the best apartment complex that I have lived at, and I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the management makes the effort to foster a feeling of neighborly community here through community events, etc. The apartments have many elegant and upscale touches at an affordable price. The maintenance staff are quick to address maintenance requests both for the units and for the general complex. Those in management are excellent at holding residents accountable to following their leases so that the elegance, cleanliness, and upscale standards of living are maintained within the community. Overall, I would highly recommend living here, as I have been very happy with my experience here at Modera Walsh.

So far love the community - beautiful property. Friendly leasing agents and quick response to questions. Amenities are fantastic, dog park, dog wash, gym, many areas rooms and the pool. There is a nice trail to walk and through property seating areas with fire pits

Hands down best place I’ve ever lived. Office staff are great, maintenance team is fantastic, grounds are kept clean! Pricing is fair and they really care here.
It’s ok it’s just noisy at times with dogs barking all the time loud trucks and some cars here with very load engines but other than that it’s nice

I’ve only lived here less than a month but so far i’m loving it! The office staff was super welcoming during my tour and continues to be. They’re super helpful and attentive with any questions I have. I love the neutral finishes in the unit and I love my private garage! I can’t wait for warmer weather so i can drink coffee on my balcony. Coming from downtown fort worth I absolutely love the view of no buildings around me. It’s also super quiet here which I love.

We have loved it since moving in. Still out in the cough the enough that we get to enjoy the nature while still close enough to places of convenience. The walking trail right behind the complex finally opened and there’s a bunch throughout Walsh too! Our evening walks are much more enjoyable!

I like the finishes and the inside of my apartment. It’s not a bad place to live but it’s not a A property either. They have a long way to go.

It’s great for the most part my only thing is some of the car engines here can be really loud early in the morning and there are a lot of residents with dogs so you can hear a lot of barking at times

I love living here. The management team is trying really hard to turn things around. They are communicating with those residents who want to be kept in the loop and respond to phone calls quickly. The o ly issue that I don’t see a resolution for is getting residents to clean up after their pets. Maintenance is doing an awesome job of responding quickly to maintenance requests.

Hard to find parking at night/evening consistently. Dog poop not getting picked up still a thing. Overall it’s been great tho! The staff is amazing.

Have been staying at airbnbs for the majority of my lease due to a bug infestation that was never addressed. Have a signed a new lease and can’t wait until I am through with 2 monthly housing payments and I never have to think of Modera again

Vehicles are getting stolen including mine. I don’t feel safe. People don’t care about keeping the grounds clean. The apartment it self is nice.

Overall our experience has been great. We almost never hear the neighbors beside us. There were some very loud people above us for a short while but they moved out very quickly; never anything that kept us up at night tho. Management is always helpful and responsive to any of our needs or concerns.
