Property Ratings at Modera Pomona
EDIT: Officially went from 2 stars to 0 it possible. Wifi is down for the 4th time this month. Why are we paying for this and expect to deal with it while management takes a day off? Used to be a great place to live. Now there are problems popping up every week. We have been residents here basically since the place opened. Issues used to be taken care of immediately, but now it's hard to even get someone on the phone or to respond to an email. There are always issues with other people parking in designated spots. We've even had problems with USPS guy bringing in guests and parking in our spot. Not enough guest parking so visitors just tend to park in any open resident spot. EV chargers have also been promised to be installed since a year ago but most never have been. The wifi has been another MAJOR issue living here. Multiple times have we had outages for long period, even multiple days. Amenities are fine, usually pretty clean except for trash rooms and stairwells which are sometimes very dirty. The only plus about the place are the rooms are pretty comfortable and we rarely have issues with soundproofing which is a plus since we work from home. Just wish management cared a bit more about some of these larger issues. Living here feels like a daily lottery to see if someone will be parked in you spot or have the wrong mail delivered to your mailbox every day you come home.
I’ve had such a positive experience living in this apartment community, and I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the staff for all they do. From day one, everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Whether it’s a quick maintenance request, a question about the building, or just a friendly smile in the hallway, the team here goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. It truly makes a difference to live somewhere where the staff treats you with respect and genuine kindness. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and positive energy have made this place feel like home. I’m so grateful to be part of a community where the people behind the scenes are so dedicated and thoughtful. Thank you for everything!
