This was my 3rd resigning, each time I've moved to a larger unit. The MGMT here continued to ensure I had a smooth transition each time and they haves always been top notch at streamlining the whole process. Ultimately, you just came find a better location to live in right now in downtown Portland!!

The gym, spa and newer furniture on the outdoor lounge is super sweet hang out. All my family and friends love to hang out there. Staff are great and the events are very creative!

Modera Pearl has been a good place to live so far. Adding some security cameras to reduce bicycle thefts would help make the experience better.

This is one of the nicest buildings in the pearl. Layout and view, build materials, and especially the staff. The residents, like all neighborhoods can be hit or miss, but for the most part are great. The garage is a little tight, if you dont drive cautiously the person coming in the opposite direction will hit you. Overall great
Overall pretty nice. Amenities are good, except the "pet spa" ( not an actual spa). Management is nice and installed a vending machine recently. The pets in the building have left uncleaned messes in the halls/lobbies which is the owners responsibility.
After 6 months of living here I really have had no complaints other than the bike room break ins. The events have been fun and a good way to meet your neighbors. The maintenance has been quick to respond and effective with their repairs. The staff is very friendly too.

Maintenance took a while for my first issue, but I'll chalk that up to their lead being on paternity leave. Besides that, and moving in on a day where the building wasn't staffed, everything else has been really lovely. Easy process to add an ESA, concrete walls for noise blocking, and friendly staff make for a living space I hope to enjoy for another couple years, depending on circumstances.

Beautiful place, website is tough to apply and navigate . Move in is also tough with there being no carts to help with the move in process , also trying to get ahold of anyone in office is a nightmare since they have AI set up , but over all not bad .

Not bad at all! I really like the amenities, specifically the hot tub and the roof top! The dog area for going to the bathroom is unbearable and has a chemical fume smell and the theater is dirty. Other than that, I love my apartment!

I enjoy living here but I would say 4 starts because the communication could be translated better. Overall the living space is nice to live in easy to live your fault life but things also stop working over time and have to get it fixed more often.

So far, so good! I have had no issues with anything and have loved my unit as well as the apartment amenities. I've used the lobby coffee machine every morning (except Sundays) which has been the highlight

I love the home feeling. From the community of people, who make you feel welcome… to the absolutely beautiful building. I could not recommend Modera pearl more than I already do.
All the staff were very friendly and informative. I was given good advice on getting an internet connection, when you get your bills and how to pay them, and what tasks I needed to do to move in. If would be nice if you had more moving trolleys , I had to use a dolly and it took so much longer as you can only get so much stuff on a dolly. Also what about reserving a couple of spots in the underground garage for folks moving in. I had to park a block a way and it was raining.

Great spot, jacuzzi is big time. Apartment is a good size, have a 1 bedroom and love the space. Gym is decent. The apartment events are always fun.

Before coming here, I lived in a not a nice neighborhood… this is a breathe of fresh air. Olive in the office, is as kind as can be. She truly made us feel at home, on our very first tour.
