my experience at modera has been spectacular! The community and maintenance staff are so friendly and amazing and the ammenities are awesome
The maintenance crew is fast, effective, and helpful. The Modera front office staff is welcoming, professional, and supportive. The amenities are nice. The only issue I have is the amount of poop from pets not picked up in the grass.
I've never felt mistreated or had my concerns fall on deaf ears. They are respectful, want to help, always kind, and available. Great experience.
I love living in Modera; the proximity to DU and also the amenities are incredible. The leasing agents honestly feel more like friends that a company that just tries to take your money. Also Modera does an amazing job at trying their hardest to make it feel like a community.
I love living here! Staff is always willing to help and amenities are always kept up with. I would highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to live with most amenities you could think of.
The Leasing office Agents/management are the best I have had so far living in Denver, Iv been in Denver for 8 years Iv met a lot of leasing agents/managers and the Girls here are the best by far. The building has been good so far parking is a little tight but again the management has been accommodating and finding a solution to that issue and trying to help find a good spot for my over size vehicle.

I love living here! I love the gym. The pool area, the coffee machine. The business center. The beautiful apartment. Saul is fantastic! All of my maintenance requests are quickly fixed. The Luxor package room is super convenient as well as the mailing room! The neighborhood is very safe and centrally located. The neighbors are friendly. The only thing that could make this place better is a golf simulator! All I want for Christmas is a golf simulator. Haha, no seriously this place is awesome!

I love living here. The neighbors are kind and the area is beautiful. The building is kept clean and is very well maintained. The staff is nice also. I enjoy using the huge gym and the pretty pool on my days off. There are also so many options for restaurants within walking distance. It's awesome!

My move-in experience was slightly bumpy because my room was not ready. The apartment was dirty, the hinges on the cabinets were broken, my key was not ready, and the drains were full. The hot tub has been cold for the past few weeks. All the staff has been helpful and kind, and I haven't had any issues since then.

I love the convenience of living here as a DU student. The staff is so wonderful; they made it so easy for me to move in. I applied to move in and was accepted the next day. The entire leasing timeline to move in took 3 days, which I think is absolutely incredible, especially since I was in a time crunch with starting school and work.

Great amenities especially the pool and gym! Also the maintenance is very fast and they’re very nice and fix things up well. I love the courtyards too with the grills, we have been making burgers and such outside every weekend and it’s fun.

Hard to get ahold of management and anyone lately. Also, the leasing desk is often closed before or during hours. Overall, good apartments though.

I love the gym. The noise level can be too much at times, but the apartment is overall a good place to live. The proximity to the University of Denver is nice. The price could be better.

I wanted to add to my reviews of Modera Observatory Park now that I’ve been here about halfway through my first year. Living here is like living in a very nice resort—a vacay every day without having to drive or fly. The building is quiet, the tenants are friendly without being intrusive, the amenities are wonderful! (The only suggestion I might have is that a guest suite available for tenants to rent for guests would make things even more wonderful.) Sahara is our assistant manager, and she is always friendly, helpful and just really eager to make community members happy! Highly recommend living here!

Apartments are very nice, with great utilities such as a gym, and a nice pool and lounge area. The staff are very helpful! Ariel has helped me resolve any issues I had very quickly, and is very friendly, and is awesome all around!

The leasing office staff members are so helpful and always responsive! They have quickly resolved any issues I’ve had during my time at Modera! Visiting the office to get assistance is always a pleasant experience The building itself is nice and feels safe, plus the amenities are great as well! I couldn’t recommend Modera more.

We have loved living here. The building and amenities are fantastic. The staff has been awesome since the moment we first toured. Ariel always has a smile on her face and is so helpful and kind. We've met Lorenzo a few times and likewise, he is also super friendly and helpful. Gabe and Saul in maintenance also deserve a shoutout - very friendly. We had a minor issue upon move-in and they took care of it the same day. The location is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. We highly recommend it.

This is honestly one of the best apartment complexes in Denver. The building is newer, so everything is clean and updated. The amenities are top-notch for what you pay. The gym is the best I’ve seen thus far after touring various apartments. The pool has plenty of seating for you and your guests, and the location is safely nestled next to the university. Management is friendly and responsive. Ariel, the property’s leasing consultant, is a go-getter and is happy to help resolve any issues on the property. I recommend Modera Observatory Park to anyone planning on moving to the Denver area!

I have lived here for two years and have consistently received reliable, professional and great maintenance service request response/resolution. Head of maintenance Gabe is a great leader in this community and to his team. He is incredibly genuine, knowledgeable and respectful, Beit working inside my apartment (with a pet) or within various a community space. Ariel was helpful and friendly from my initial phone call and throughout the tour. She showed me several options. I left her a message and she actually called back!! At move in Kerry was great. I forgot some documents and he was really patient. He made move in much easier and he answered any question I had. He even came up to my apartment to show me how to turn the ice maker on. Even now when I see them they are both friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, save time and go look somewhere else that cares about their customers. You cannot even get into contact with a leasing agent and you will get the run around trying to get ANY questions answered. We were approved for a unit on a Sunday with a tight deadline of getting things figured out the following Friday morning. Between my roommate and I we called around 6 or so times and sent MANY emails trying to get information confirmed/lease ready to go. Every time I talked to a staff member I was told a very urgent note would be given to leasing agents and they would give me a call. We were quoted one price and that is what we applied for, then were told our apartment price had raised almost $400 in a matter of about 4 days. Maybe have the leasing agents actually get back to people instead of the apartment staff giving incorrect information. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and that is coming from someone who never even got to live there. If they treat people who are willing to sign and give them money right when they are approved for a unit like this, how do they treat their tenants?

Modera Observatory Park has been a great place to live! It is super close to DU, the light rail, and many places in between. The building is very quiet compared to other places in have been. There is a good mix of students and young professionals which makes for a good mix of livelihoods.
Living here is great! There are lots of amenities both indoor and outdoor activities. The staff works hard and responds quickly to take care of any issues, though there arent a lot of issues.
The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. Thank you!

Having lived at Modera for a couple weeks now I can honestly say I could not have made a better choice. I have friends who live in the "luxury" apartments up and down University Blvd. and they all have expressed interest in moving here after dealing with the management at other buildings. First off, no apartment building even comes close to the workout facilities. All the equipment is brand new, top of the line stuff. There is a lot more square footage compared to One Observatory Park or Altier. The rock climbing treadmill is awesome and the ample amount of free weights is great. The rooms have been great, everything was clean when we arrived and works in great condition. The appliances are basically new and well taken care of. The temperature system is top of the line also, which is nice during the hot summer days in Denver. The staff that works here though is the best part. They have been extremely helpful the last couple of weeks as we moved in. All of them have been so nice to my roommate and myself. The deal on referring others to Modera is awesome too! We have not had any problems with the younger tenants either, they have all been very well-behaved and bring a youthful exuberance to the complex. If there was a noise problem, there is no doubt the staff here would take care of it immediately. Being a graduate student, I avoid dorm room style places like the plague. I have not gotten that vibe at all at Modera.

I was robbed, but other than that the building is pretty nice. The amenities are one of the only reasons I'm still here, compared to the rest of the area, they are way above the average. I really enjoy the gym and the pool! I wish there was more management policing of pool policies and community engagement. I think the leasing office requires a complete overhaul however.
