        North Burnet is a busy Austin neighborhood filled with shops, restaurants, and businesses. It is a highly sought-after neighborhood, home to JJ Pickle Research Campus of the University of Texas at Austin, the upscale outdoor shopping mall the Domain, and Austin Community College: Northridge Campus. Downtown Austin is only about eight miles south, but with so much happening in North Burnet, you may find all you need in the neighborhood. For those who are commuting, I-35 and the Mopac Expressway are both easily accessible, and so are several bus stops.

        My fiancé and I have toured 5 different apartments including Modera and by far, I had the best welcoming and informative session here. Eli was super friendly and helpful throughout the tour and was ACTUALLY excited to show us the floor plans and the amenities. For our other apartment tours, I felt as if they were not excited and really didn’t care if we signed or not, which I understand given it’s just a job. But Eli’s attitude helped us to be confident in this apartment. Amenities looked great, especially the gym (private rooms in the gym is never heard of in my opinion)! As for floorplans, we looked at several one beds and one two bedroom plan. Even one bed could be big enough for two people with a lot of storages. Also love the modern finishes. Will be moving in end of this month and will update my review later!

        Poor management of incident and lack of accountability

        I don’t recommend living here. I’ve been a resident at Modera Eado for some time now, and while the community itself has some positives, I’m extremely disappointed by how a recent situation was handled by management. After being approached and questioned in the parking garage by leasing agent Mona (off-duty and dressed casually) who demanded to know if I was a resident—with no clear reason or authority—I filed a formal complaint. Her refusal to initially identify herself and the nature of the questioning was inappropriate and, frankly, felt like racial profiling. I expressed my discomfort clearly and respectfully. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, the management chose to dismiss the incident entirely, claiming there was no “ill intent” and offering no accountability or apology. They saw no issue with how their staff behaved. What’s more disappointing is that they made no real effort to acknowledge the harm caused or to assure me that similar situations wouldn’t happen again.

        I recently moved into this community, and I have to say the entire move-in process was incredibly smooth and easy. From the moment I first inquired about the apartment to the day I picked up my keys, the staff was responsive, professional, and welcoming.         Genuinely grateful to live here

        I just want to give the entire team their flowers, especially Gabby, the office manager, who was incredibly kind and supportive during a recent financial hiccup. Every single person I’ve interacted with here, from the leasing office to maintenance, has been so understanding, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful; a rarity these days. That alone makes Modera EaDo feel like home. The property itself is beautiful. The amenities are next-level, the units are modern and well-designed, and the neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away in the best way. Yes, you may hear the occasional footstep, but that’s apartment living. Throw down a rug, decorate your space, and you’ll hardly notice. It’s well worth it for the overall experience. Also, the community here is great, the people are friendly and warm, and there are so many dogs. Like, so many. Cute dogs everywhere. It’s honestly one of my favorite parts of living here.         Since I was moving into my first apartment and it would be hours away from where I was from, I was a ball of nerves trying to figure everything out.         Modero is lovely. The area is very quiet which I enjoy. The apartments are spacious and have a modern style. The amenities are amazing. I love that they have a doggy spa, however the spa doesn’t include a high speed dryer which would be a nice addition. The common area is really nicely designed and we enjoy hosting friends down there.

        Its been a pleasure living here! The amenities are nice and my neighbors are all friendly. Staff is great as well!! We get the occasional fire alarm due to delivery drivers carelessness. But aside from that, everything is good.

        Moving to Modera EaDo was a really good decision, the apartment building has many amenities and events that make the place cozy to live in. The maintenance is very quick to answer to any request and the leasing office is also very helpful. The only nitpick is the fact that you are forced to use WhiteSky as internet provider and it has some limitations for advanced uses. But this would only affect 1% of tennants Overall highly recommend. Overall, a great place highly recommend.

        I absolutely love my apartment and the location. However, there’s been some hiccups with some of the appliances and finishing up the space even though it was supposed to be finished before I moved in September. Additionally, there was miscommunication about the rent promo. I was told that I could self prorate the credit that was given to me, hence me thinking that this would be a credit I could eat away at in my account or would be deposited in my bank account. However, after move in, they told me the only way is by them applying it to my rent and I personally set my own money aside. For future reference please tell residents up front that you cover the first six weeks or whatever you’re offering and that’s it, or find a way to load it as a credit to their portal, I have used it that way through the resident portal app as well so I know it’s possible. Overall, it’s a beautiful apartment and I’m happy with the experience. Just wish they were a little more transparent and accommodating.

        Really nice apartment and staff! The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the construction. The fire alarm has gone off a bunch of times due to that. But the amenities are really nice.

        The community areas are absolutely beautiful and so inviting to be in. The convenience store is truly so convenient, and so are the work spaces. Almost everything works through an app which is great. The Maintenance team is incredible and so helpful. The only thing I would say is there’s a bit of a bug issue, but that’s probably because it’s still under construction in some areas. I would HIGHLY recommend living here
