It’s been great! The community is great and the grounds of the complex are beautiful to walk around. Love sitting out by the pool, but I wish there was a gym. Otherwise I love it!

I’ve been living here for over 4 years. It’s quiet and comfortable. Was told a fitness center would be here August 2019. Never got that. The high rent could be justified with a fitness center.

The property just got a new management, so far it looks like they have their foot on their ground. They actually are more understandable and treat the residents more like people than paychecks. Although I still believe the rent is really high I have seen the team making real improvements around the area.

Living at Solis has been great, the complex is very bright and homey and the grounds are beautiful. The apartment itself is a great size for the price, especially the kitchen! Maintenance guys are super nice, and the pool is small but great to lay by. Totally recommend.

One thing I like about this area so far is that it’s much quieter than I expected. People are not too friendly, but that’s understandable this day and age but that doesn’t really bother me. Any pets are controlled and cleaned up behind them. Daily grounds are seem to be taken care of once a week, the only question I have is not really sure when the trash is going to be picked up from day today. Sometimes they show up sometimes they don’t sometimes I don’t even come by so I have just got in the habit of taking it to the dumpster myself. Overall, I give you a five, keep it up folks ,curious to see what this new management group is going to bring with them. oh yeah, let’s see what we can do about lowering the rent extremely high I believe lol everybody have a great day.

Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond! They are efficient when they are in the apartment. Everyone in the staff office is helpful and patient, both via email and in person

The rent spiked but the property is still majestic. I have been here for nearly a decade. I do miss the fountain in the big lake and a time when people would pick up after their dogs

Great, quiet apartment complex in South Tampa! Upgraded to a bigger unit for year two & we love it! Best maintenance team I’ve ever encountered. Leasing office team is professional and courteous. The grounds are impeccably clean, and the wide variety of plants and trees are abated for regularly. Spacious property, so we’re not all crammed in here! Nice pool area & grill. The only downside is there’s no fitness facility. There’s a good, affordable city gym one mile down the road though, so it’s all good!

Lovely community. Lots of space to walk and for the kids to ride around on scooters. No hot tub like in the pictures but a nice fire place instead. Ample trees and a cool pond in the back.

we just moved in and everyone has been super friendly! this community is awesome and very welcoming. the property is also huge, my dog loves it. since it’s an older build, we can’t hear our neighbors which is a plus. can’t wait to finally settle in!

Great place to live very friendly people responsive maintenance team. Justin was a great help. I’m getting us moved in. We have had nothing but great time since we’ve been here. My son loves the pool as well as do I add my dog loves all the spots he can go to the bathroom. We enjoy fishing here as well as the dog park.

Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Leasing staff are helpful and friendly :) They communicate well about updates regarding maintenance and other things.

It's beautiful and safe! But it's limited in amenities and resources. There's no gym, no incentives, and no microwave lol. It's an expensive apartment but still worth it! Hoping my opinion continues to think that

I can honestly say I have had 0 problems with the Apartment Community. The design is a little funky but still livable. The location is perfect for south Tampa. I love the surrounding area. My neighbors are kind people. The community is beautiful.

It’s quiet and clean, I do miss the jacuzzi. The fountain has not been working lately. I enjoy the food trucks and the events that are held.

Great location in Tampa. Maintenance team is friendly. There has been a change in staff about 6 months ago (I’ve lived here for 14 Mo) and to be honest the office staff is rude and non-responsive to requests. I’m not sure what happened, but I have heard other residents complain as well. They used to have monthly community events and they haven’t done anything since new staff took over. The dog park fence is always broken and no one picks up the dog poop in there either! I loved this place when I moved in, and I stay here because of the location - but gosh, I wish the office staff would change over.

I am content living at Solis. I am happy with the upkeep of the trees and landscape. The maintenance staff are top notch! I am hoping my rent will not be raised this year so I can continue living here.

Love the robust land of trees and plants, against the yellow homes, making it look very tropical. My favorite part is the tranquil vibe throughout.

Solis is a great apartment complex is South Tampa! Responsive, skilled, and professional maintenance team. Helpful leasing agents go the extra mile to help you. Clean grounds and very well maintained beautiful landscaping. Put a much needed and useful fitness building where the unused sand volleyball sits and it would be perfect!

Maintenance staff is super friendly. Though located near the base it is tucked away and quiet. Property is large with many Adirondack chairs, hammocks and a pool.

This review is almost one year later-and I am so happy going on almost 11 years of the continuous well maintained grounds, skilled maintenance that I can count on to be thorough and timely, neighbors including well cared for children and their pets, and office personnel that keep us well informed with courtesy and patience. Plus the location makes everything easy to fullfil needs.

Solis is a wonderful place to live. Maintenance responds quickly and completes the repairs thoroughly. The grounds are clean, the foliage is very diverse and well maintained. Nice clean pool and grill area. It’s quiet and the units aren’t all crowded together. The one thing lacking is there’s no fitness room. The sand volleyball court is a waste of space, as it sits empty day nearly every day. That would be the ideal location for a gym and would be much more popular & beneficial for the residents.

Place is great! No complaints at all. Staff is friendly, maintenance is easy to request. The pool is always clean and the grounds are kept well.

The lawn care is top notch! The staff provided a complimentary breakfast On the Go. That was an unexpected surprise and very appreciated. The ease of paying online has been helpful! The raffles and community engagement have been nice

Solis is a nice place to live and very well kept. There are a few nuisances, such as a car that they will not tow even though the owners of the car don’t work at macdill Air Force base/are not deployed. Also the parking spot lines need to be painted however after bringing it up a few times, it doesnt seem to be a priority. The maintenance workers are amazing!

We just renewed our lease for another year. We like living here so much. The property is beautiful. It's a great location. The neighbors are very nice. The staff is very helpful if you have any issues.

Apartment is clean and efficient. Zero noise or issues with any of the neighbors. I just wish pet parents would pick up behind their kids...

I have lived here for almost 10 years. Solis continues to be a lovely, well maintained, friendly and safe place to call home. I would recommend Solis at Ballast Point to families, singles, and for any age, etc. A place to feel and be at home:) .

I would suggest others to rent at solis based on maintenace, environment and safety.

We moved into Solis in October and everything has been fantastic. It's clean, quiet and the staff is always friendly. The maintenance team especially has gone out of their way to assist us with any issues. I highly recommend Solis at Ballast Point!

It's in a great location. The landscaping is always beautiful. The people who work here are great especially the maintenance men.

I've lived her 17 years and would like to do 20! (if possible). It's very peaceful, I can do my work from home and has a wonderful aesthetic. The only thing that was off-putting was the 20 percent rent increase that wasn't properly communicated, and the constant change of personnel in the office. I personally read all tenant information and although the office made mention that they had sent notification, it was no where in my email or message history. I literally had to ask for it. When someone new is brought on staff, there is no introduction, Welcome or introduction of the new staff member. I'm not sure if management feels this is unimportant or whatever, but we get all sorts of community activity event announcements. Seems like to me, if there is someone new coming on board - it would be mentioned. But overall, it's really great.

Quiet, nature preserve, near the base, maintenance Dept is super responsive

The office personnel were definitely not friendly or helpful. Tim, John, Jose and Al in Maintenance were phenomenal!!!

Solis is very close to MacDill AFB and is a partner with the on-base housing office for easy allotment setup and renewals. It was a pleasure staying with you all!

this is a nice, clean and quiet community which feels more like a neighborhood and not an apartment complex

So far everything is well maintained and the community is very welcoming.

I would and always have recommended Solis-my home-to family and friends due to safety, environment, staff-both office and maintenance-neighbors, and my feeling that this is my home.
