Ontario is one of the busiest communities in the Inland Empire, with events and attractions drawing folks from all over southern California as well as locals. The city is a popular shopping destination, specifically the enormous Ontario Mills shopping mall. Next door to Ontario Mills, Citizens Business Bank Arena plays host to concerts and sporting events throughout the year, regularly drawing crowds of up to 11,000 people. Both of these attractions sit on the northeast corner of Ontario, as does the popular Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park. Metrolink service connects Ontario to Riverside in the east (30 minutes) and Los Angeles in the west (roughly one hour).

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been a tenant for a few years now and instead of getting better this place is going down hill. For 3 weeks now there is NO HOT WATER at this place you try and call their after hours number and it says “This number is not able to answer calls at this time.” There is no one that can help you if there is an emergency after hours so what ever your emergency is there will be no one to help you. I have asked Felipe and the two managers Connie and Todd what is going on with the hot water all they can say is that “it will be fix tomorrow we already had someone come look at it” that’s how it has been for 3 weeks now!!! This is so frustrating!!! I can’t shower my kids with cold water the water is literally freezing cold. The temperatures have been below 50’s every night and morning. I have had to buy buckets and warm up hot water so my children and I can shower. My kids and I are literally shivering every morning and night this is so bad I am lucky my kids haven’t gotten sick. NO ONE SHOULD BE LEAVING UNDER THIS INHUMAN CONDITIONS!!!! They expect their rent on time and in full every month I expect to come home after a long day at work and be able to shower my kids and myself with warm water!!!! I had never experience this in my life. I had rent at other apartments and I had NEVER EVER experience this before. Not only there’s no hot water but this place is so filthy! They don’t EVER EVER clean the apartments the back of the laundry mat on one of the apartment complex is so disgusting there is trash all over lint from the dryer everywhere I have even seen used condoms on the floor for weeks! they don’t even care if little kids see this or picks it up. I had never ever seen any one clean these apartments. I avoid going to the gym, it is always empty because NO ONE cleans it or the machines. I went a few times and it was the most disgusting gym I had ever seen I literally felt nauseous there is sweat all over the machines there is trash everywhere dirty carpet. The sauna stinks like something crawled in there and died extremely disgusting and also you will find those huge roaches dead inside the sauna. It takes weeks for them to fix something they do a Micky Mouse job and within a month you have the same problem. They don’t want to call a professional to fix it because they don’t want to spend any money on the apartments but then again they keep raising the rent every year $100 dollars! If you are looking to rent here RUN!!

We are very alarmed by what you have mentioned. Both our management and maintenance teams work very hard to make sure our residents have the best living experience in our community. We welcome you to speak to us directly by coming by the office or giving us a call at (909) 986-4417. - Mission Village
This apartment has mice bedbugs everything you do connie yells at you she is like a leach that dont go away and a stalker
They make this place sound like such a beautiful place to live. It's not. It's very run down, you ask them to fix things and they Mickey Mouse it. They don't hold tenants accountable for the "rules" they have in place. Trying to get ahold of them is sometimes difficult. It's definitely not worth the rent.
Good place to live with your family only thing i didn't like is that these apartments arent felony i know they do it for the safety of the community, but not all felons have dirty or creepy records. People change and deserve a second chance. If the money is legit and we have a steady job we should be given an opportunity
Called numerous times to ask questions about apts, left messages, never returned my callsl was looking for an new apt saw ad on apts.com
