Incredible maintenance staff, beautiful view, lovely accommodations and amazing response time to any issues. Mission palms is an amazing place to live!

I wanted to move here years ago but it did not work out. I am glad that I am here now. This place gives you space and amenities for the price. When we moved in, I immediately felt comfortable. I can honestly say I have not had trouble sleeping at all.

I am really enjoying living at Mission Palms Apartments.The grounds are beautiful with all the trees and green grass It is well maintained here and the staff and the people who live here are friendly. The amenities are nice and the office is well maintained. I use to live in the area for many years so I am familiar with the stores and shopping availability.I have a small dog and he likes it here. We go for a long walk in the early morning. Also at other times of the day . I highly recommend Mission Palms as a very nice place to live.The people who live here are friendly and my dog Siri and I are enjoying our time here and we are “Happy” Judith W

I generally like it here. I used to live here years ago and I loved it here. The maintenance of the pool and grounds can be much better than it is as this is part of why we pay rent. A clean pool is an advantage to future renters, so it makes no sense to not keep it a priority. It also would be nice if the awning would be replaced where the grills are sooner than later to provide shade for those who like to grill. I would love to see the pool and exercise room be open 24/7 as I don't see the point in closing them for 9 hours when most people are sleeping but some are awake and would like to use that time to workout. The staff is friendly and courteous and that's a definite plus. Keeping rent increases to less than 5% yearly will help to keep residents here. It's nice to be able to build a community of people you know.

If you’re looking for the absolute worst place to live, congratulations, you’ve found it. Hope you don’t like water, because here it gets shut off all the time. Sometimes for a few hours, sometimes for days. Management’s response? A half-hearted “sorry for the inconvenience,” as if not being able to shower, flush a toilet, or have drinking water in the middle of summer is just a minor hiccup. The apartments themselves? Old, outdated, and falling apart. When my bathroom flooded from a burst pipe, it took two days for anyone to show up. But hey, at least the landscapers are consistent, they’ll make sure to wake you up bright and early on the weekends. They blocked off huge chunks of the lot all summer to “repave,” swearing it would take three weeks. Anyone with eyes could see that was never happening. Sure enough, it dragged on for months, and the cracks were already back before the crew even left. Quality work. Rent? Always climbing. Improvements? Don’t make me laugh. They slapped messy white paint over the original brick buildings (because nothing says “upgrades” like covering charm with ugliness), and they forced every tenant into a $40/month “smart lock” that nobody asked for. And let’s not forget the office staff. They are rude, unhelpful, but at least they get to enjoy their shiny renovated office while the rest of us live in crumbling units. Five stars? Not even close. If negative stars were an option, this place would earn them all

Horrible experience, would not recommend anyone renting at Mission Palms. Mold in buildings and management does not care, maintenance issues go unresolved for months on end if they are ever fixed. I would not recommend Mission Palms

Low density, trees and landscaping makes it a good place to walk, which I do almost every day.

Mission Palms is a lovely apartment complex. The rooms are large and the appliances are in excellent working order. The varied trees and shrubs make me feel as if I am living in the middle of a park. Management is on the job and requests for assistance are handled in a timely fashion.

Mission Palms is a great place to live. There are amazing sunrise and sunset views. Grass and trees are abundant. Looking out of my large living room window is just beautiful. My dog loves the grass and I do, too. The other residents are polite and I feel safe here.

The basic layout of Mission Palms has a tasteful aesthetic with low density four unit buildings. It has lovely trees and landscaping, recreation areas, and offers one shaded parking space per unit. Many people take their children to the pool and go for walks.The staff are accessible and friendly as are the grounds keepers and maintenance personnel.

If you don't mind the things you work hard for being damaged and vandalized then this is the place for you.

I’ve been here for 5 months and I absolutely love it! The grounds are beautiful, lush and maintained. Service is above and beyond, they are even open on Saturdays for any needs/concerns and very attentive to their residents I recommend 10/10 for anyone!!

Beautiful and peaceful place to live! Complete staff are amazing and helpful. The Retired people and families are here and not far from schools, hospital, and shopping! Fruit trees galore!

My work orders take weeks to get resolved and usually require multiple requests

I am beyond satisfied with living at Mission Palms, the trees, the plants, the pools and the community is so warm and welcoming. The apartment feels like home and so much privacy. I take it all in and I don’t plan on moving out.

Mission Palms is a rare NW foothills oasis of botanical lushness and beauty, well maintained and well managed. The current management is the most competent in the 18 years I’ve lived here. Although lease rates have risen recently, it’s still within market-value range.

We love Mission Palms! We fell in love the minute we can for the tour. Jacey was so friendly and explained the leasing process so we had no confusion. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is so friendly. We truly love it here.

We’ve lived here since 2007. Can’t see us moving anywhere else unless we decide to buy a house. Recommended several friends come live here through the years and we all enjoy it. We’ve looked at other places but there are no other grounds in Tucson like this place.

Older apartments with some flaws, but great location and low density complex makes it more livable than most. The trees and landscaping give it something of a vacation resort experience.

My daughter and I are very happy at Mission Palms. The beauty of so many fruit bearing trees and the gorgeous seating at the pool are amazing. The staff is always ready to help and are truly dedicated to their jobs. Very kind and quite professional. This has exceeded my expectations.

Mission Palms has been nothing but amazing, both prior to move in and after move in. The front office girls are so professional and kind and really go out of their way to show the good in the community. Apartments are spacious, complex is quiet. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. From management to maintenance to landscaping, I have NEVER had an issue with Mission Trails.

I've lived in several apartments over the years but my best experience has been here at Mission Palms. From the very beginning, the staff has been super welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. The location is pretty ideal; it's in a safe location and you're close to many restaurants, shopping, and other businesses and not too far away from the interstate. Maintence has been really great as well! They've been very prompt and friendly each time they've resolved an issue. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

I spent a month or more looking for the right apartment home. Some were overpriced with very few amenities. Some were not very clean. Properties were not up to par. Mission Palms became one of my top three. It has everything I need. That also includes a top rated sraff.

This is the most beautiful place in Tucson to live. The grounds are beautiful. Management is accommodating and kind. Maintenance is prompt and professional. We have lived here off and on for the past 15 years and don’t want to go anywhere else.

I have no problems with Mission Palms, they are always quick when I have a maintenance request. Everyone from the office to the maintenance crew are always polite and professional.

I have lived at Mission Palms for approx. 4 years and it has been a great experience. I sold my last house about 15 years ago and have leased ever since. By far my experience here has been my best experience yet.

A low-density, friendly community that provides excellent opportunity for daily walks. The well-maintained complex is arranged so that it has a tasteful aesthetic yet has adequate security. Some of the services are shared within the complex making it more affordable. The staff pays attention to any needs and the best thing is the close proximity to uptown stores and hiking trails.

I loved our stay at Mission Palms! Proximity to shops amd trails, quiet neighborhood, and friendly staffs that are very helpful from day 1!

The service coming in was a little ruff. But every issue was on point. The service overall is fast, courteous, and the staff does make you feel individually special. I love it here.

The whole team at Mission Palms is very friendly and prompt to address any concerns. From the leasing office team, through the maintenance team. All are a great team and appreciate all they do to make Mission Palms a nice atmosphere.

Mission Palms is a comfortable and safe space to live. I have never had any neighbor issues and I feel confident in my safety here. Any urgent maintenance requests get taken care of promptly, and the desk and maintenance staff are all very kind.

Living at Mission Palms is like waking up to everyday paradise, I sit on my patio with a cup of coffee listening to the sound of the birds, the rustling palm trees, and the aroma of the citrus fruits! We love walking our Lefty around the property exploring the well kept grounds, enjoying all the flora and fauna of this beautiful space, meeting our neighbors with their dogs, this is definitely a find for our family. We love it here, central location for all of our needs!

Administration and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful, always checking on you to make sure that the problem has been solved.
