Property Ratings at Mission Lakes
We moved into Mission Lakes in 2018 and we haven’t even thought of leaving. This is our home. The office staff is on top of everything and keeping all residents accountable for maintaining a clean and healthy community. the maintenance is very punctual and hardworking, we never have to wait long for anything to be fixed. We love it here.
Worst apartment ever. Staff is rude and racist. They do not respond to service calls and will lie about you to Getty kicked out. The manager would not even listen to my service request as he was saying not to even try to ask and mind you I’m a resident there. I spent the last six months without a light in my kitchen. The maintenance is horrible.
She steals application fee there is no place available instead she shows a video becareful with the leasing lady. She watches the camera like a hawk an sweats profusely
Mission Lakes rentals is a combination of two story apartments flanked by 2 townhouse apartments on either end. Family friendly and pet friendly. Matinence is very efficient,workers are friendly and courties.They maintain the complex very well, and try to take care of any problems quickly. I have lived,there for,15 years and have never had a problem with any of my neighbors or the management staff. I would recommend this development to all.
