Mission Hills Luxury Apartments

I’ve lived here a couple years now and while the apartment is nice, the front office is pretty terrible. They have told me multiple times that I wouldn’t pay a fee (ie moving fee) and ended up charging me it anyways. Anytime I bring up written evidence that they told me the wrong thing they are unmoving. I asked to speak to the office manager and she told me that I could choose somewhere else to live. It’s a good apartment to live in but sadly management is rude

No family or friends allowed, if they park in the guest parking, don’t be surprised if it’s been towed, if you don’t register your guests car or truck then there’s nothing the apartments can do even though the tow company says it’s the apartment staff who’s called in the towing. They don’t care, even though they’ve made the mistake they won’t own upto it because it’ll make them look bad, so deal with it. The going rate to get your car/truck is $600, so be ready for that if you have family or guests over. Dumpster divers every night and sketchy people roam the parking lot, wouldn’t want my wife or child walking around when it gets dark, I’ve had multiple work equipment stolen from my truck here, the apartments don’t care. Kiss your security deposit goodbye, don’t even bother cleaning up before you leave, they’ll take it anyways.

Parking is terrible, there's been a pt cruiser with a flat in an unmarked spot for the last 2 years. Our new neighbors have 5 cars 3 have no parking permit and never move, almost as if they are abandoned.

Management and maintenance are slow to respond or unresponsive. 23% rent increase during COVID-19 pandemic.

The 24/7 security makes the property feel secure and safe. They're always so professional and friendly. The office staff is amazing and always there to help with a smile. Maintenance is quick to respond to any requests and is always professional and friendly as well. The apartments are large and well taken care of. The amount of love our puppy gets from both residents and staff has us feeling like family! I highly recommend living here!

These apartments are probably some of the best in Clark County. The apartment was comfortable, clean and the appliances were all high quality. The grounds are immaculate and well taken care of which makes for a great and beautiful place for walks. Plus, my wife and I lived there for a year without any maintenance issues! The staff was always friendly and responsive to our needs and our neighbors were quiet and well behaved. I couldn't have expected more from living in an apartment complex and I would highly recommend this one!

We love our apartment! We have lived here for a year in a two bed two bath and we just love it. It is quiet, the grounds are gorgeous, there is security, and everyone in the office is so nice! Our patio is a good size and everyone has theirs decorated with flowers in the summer and holiday decorations in the fall and winter. They have community events which are always fun and two pools! They have flowers all over the grounds and it is very peaceful. Both bedrooms have good sized walk in closets and the bathrooms are great! The kitchen is nice and modern with a great pantry with full size washer and dryer. The only things we don't like are no garbage disposal in the sink and that we can here our upstairs neighbor sometimes. But this is an apartment, and that is pretty amazing for being the only drawbacks. There is also security and it is gated. I highly recommend this complex if you want to be somewhere that feels like home!

Girlfriend and I were looking for something that could fit all of our clothes and stay cool with central air. We were lucky enough to get into a 2 bedroom with vaulted ceilings at Mission hills and it fits the bill perfectly. The park like setting and large rooms puts it way ahead of area competitors. The maintenance crew could use a few pointers but the apartments are large and easily transform into a home. The fixtures are modern and the walls are painted a great tan color (much better than the bleach white at most places). The rent is a steal for the size and amenities you get with the apartment. The only disappointment I've had is with the lack of food disposal in the sink. Overall, I love the apartment!

I love my apartment, It is spacious, they are very nice, the patio's are very nice, I can walk out of my apartment and take picture's of the sun going down which is amazing,we have security which I love dearly, over all I would recommend these apartments to anyone...

I love my place ever since I set eyes on it and had to move in it right away. I'm loving it. And the surroundings are beautiful too. Enjoy every room in it and couldn't ask for a better apartment to live in including the neighborhood.

My apartment is a two bedroom two bath, the first bedroom is quite big, has a walk in closet and has a full bathroom in the bedroom, the bathroom has a one sink and cabinet below it and a big mirror above the sink, the walk in closet is pretty spacious as well, the bethroom in the hall is bigger and it is full size too, livingroom and ding room are very big and the kitchen is big, has a dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cabinets, and the pantry has some good shelving in it and the washer and dryer are in their too, very close to shopping mall, stores & resturaunts and schools.....

I am very happy with the apartment that I live in, My family has been here for 5 years and we love it... I love the color of it inside and the outside, it is close to stores and freeways, when ever we have a situation that needs tending too, it gets done .. The staff is amazing.. they actually look like apartment homes instead of plain ol apartments.. they are amazing though I would recomend them to anyone....

Well maintained property with two swimming and two spas, Playground area for kids and a basket ball court for bigger kids. A work-out room with a variety of equipment. A huge field, that people can play bocce ball then rest in the Gazeebo and have a cool drink.
