We feel very fortunate. Everything went well from first contact with Ms. Vicki Wims until actual move-in. Communication was clear and all questions were answered in a timely manner. We lived out of town prior to move so really appreciated how easily information was provided. The apartment is lovely and secure and so enjoy the neighborhood and access to everything we need . I love living here and have had the best experience so far. Between Vicki the property manager & Carlos the head of maintenance, I feel safe and taken care of. Both are very friendly, warm and welcoming and they were both definitely selling points for me wanting to live here. I had some unforeseen complications with moving and Vicki was incredibly patient, thorough, and trustworthy -- she does exactly what she says she will do. And Carlos is the kindest most trustworthy human as well, quick to respond to any requests and very thorough. I'm super grateful to get to live here. Thank you!

The Mission Hills Commons leasing office is very friendly, helpful, responsive, and professional. The neighbors of the MHC community are also very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience living at MHC.

There is no better place to call home than Mission Hills Apartments! As someone who has moved several times and lived in different apartments in various cities, I can say this is the best place I have ever lived! From the ideal location and easy access to stores and restaurants to the friendly residents and amazing management team, secure garage parking and ample street parking for guests, I could go on and on. Its a joy to live here, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home!
