Be Careful with your Deposit Money
I was staying in this beautiful apartment for more than 2 years, i recently moved to another location at East Bay, be careful when getting your deposit refund !!!! this management took 1 month advance ( 2250 ) as the deposit money and later when vacating they gave us just 912 $ !!!!! They have charged the balance amount for carpet and deep cleaning.... RUBBISH .... we kept that apartment so clean for years and when they came for annual check up they told us that ( there is nothing to be done here as you have kept the apartment well maintained ). the worst part was that their post box was damaged and was never replaced for more than 5 months, during that course of time we had missed or lost very important mails and legal documents, when complained they did not care and blamed it on the USPS. I was trying to contact them back now but no response from them ..... BE CAREFUL WHEN APPLYING TTO HIS APARTMENT, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!
