Living here has been a mostly positive experience. The community is generally quiet and well-maintained, and the location is convenient for work, shopping, and dining. Love living here the only 2 things I would love to see is sauna in fitness room and assigned parking space at least one per unit.Other wise love it here and the staff office and maintenance

Nice place to live just needs to lower the rent. No problems at all. Maintenance comes on time when scheduled to be here. People in the office are really sweet. That’s why I renewed my lease. Just need to lower the rent and not increase every year.

I love this place. I wish we had a sauna here. I love the dog park and how it is maintained clean and the dog spa aswell. The staff here is awesome

Can't ever have enough great things to say about this community. Nothing's perfect, but I don't think I could be anymore satisfied with my apartment and community than I am here, considering the area and pricing. I would argue that this community probably has the best floor plans of the immediate area, a phenomenal and efficient office team and maintenance team, and decent neighbors. Neighborhood is also conveniently located to so much. I always recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move in the area.

The support in this community has been amazing. I love meeting new neighbors and the feel of the community. Location couldn’t be better. There are some features that are a bit dated like the ac controls, light switches, the gate fobs and the door access (keys vs fobs) but the community is normally very clean and peaceful. Maintenance staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Wasn’t a bad community to live in overall. Unit layouts are nice and spacious. Unfortunately mine had issues with leaks that were reoccurring and a constant issue.

This week marks 4 years since I moved into this community and I am still so happy with my experience here. The area continues to develop, so location is very convenient. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and I would say some of the best in the area. However, what makes the difference for me compared to many other communities in the area are the leasing and maintenance teams - I can state without a doubt they are THE best! Leasing office is super responsive to calls/emails and so efficient (Bianca is amazing!) - which if you're new to the South Florida area, is not easy to find around here. Maintenance team is on point - you submit a request and they don't just handle it ASAP, but go above and beyond with checking any possible issues in the apartment (which I greatly appreciate). Neighbors are respectful and friendly for the most part (I have not had any issues in the 4 years here), parking isn't a major issue, and community is well maintained inside and out.

Great community. Bianca and the team is amazing. The pool and gym are top notch. Landscaping is always done. The apartment its self is very space and exactly what we wanted.

I have been living here for about eight months and I love to live here. My neighbor are very nice and very friendly. The outside of the apartments are very cleans. I love to go to the pool and to the gym. Everybody there are nuce people. The girls at the office are very nice
ever since i moved into this community i am privileged to call this place home. there has not been one complaint since living here. my friends and family love it as much as i do.

It’s in a great location for me from work. However, some of the teenagers and younger residents and visitors in the complex play loud music late at night. We have also experienced packages missing after being delivered to our door.
The complex is nice and tucked away from a busy street. The layout of the complex is nice but the ground keeping is lacking and the resident do not care to leave trash bags a few feet from the compactor door. I wish the front office was more responsive to the offenders because they seem to do it over and over. Parking at night can be annoying but that is because there is no assigned parking.

I love the apartment. We live right by the pool so sometimes there is a ton of noise. The courtesy officer is good about taking care of it after dark when there should be no one there. The garbage pickup is so convenient and service requests are taken care of quickly!! there is tons of weed smoking around the complex, but i can deal with that. it has been an overall good experience and we are happy!

On year 3 and still loving it! Neighbors are nice, leasing office staff are awesome, nd maintenance staff are the best! Hands down, some of the best floor plans in the area too.
Best place to live. Tammy and her staff goes above and beyond to ensure that all her tenants are happy. Lots of community activities. Loving our new gym, clubhouse, conference room, and our pool area. Great job Tammy.
Great place to live beautiful spacious apartment. Management is extremely kind and Bianca is very helpful!! Overall pretty quiet and feels like a very safe complex.
The complex is beautiful! The neighbors are quiet. The pool area is pristine and so relaxing. We love the grill area. Our apartment was in immaculate condition when we moved in. The apartments are large compared to anything else we looked at. Highly recommend Miramar Park!
