My experience living in this beautiful community goes beyond the physical aspects of an apartment, although that is important, too. But it’s also the day-to-day aspects of life like paying rent, visitor access, staff interaction, and reserving amenities. Even the smallest of inconveniences is resolved. I have 2 years living here and I love to be here. My family are very happy and comfortable been here. The girls at the leasing office are so nice. The workers at the maintenance are very helpful and on time on the work they have to do. My neighbors are very friendly. I lke my place.

It’s really great here. I’ve been here for about three years now. I’m very pleased with this place to the point where I have referred a friend and they also moved here. The experience is amazing. There are slight noise issues every now and then but it’s not too consistent.

Nice place to live just needs to lower the rent. No problems at all. Maintenance comes on time when scheduled to be here. People in the office are really sweet. That’s why I renewed my lease. Just need to lower the rent and not increase every year.

I love this place. I wish we had a sauna here. I love the dog park and how it is maintained clean and the dog spa aswell. The staff here is awesome

Can't ever have enough great things to say about this community. Nothing's perfect, but I don't think I could be anymore satisfied with my apartment and community than I am here, considering the area and pricing. I would argue that this community probably has the best floor plans of the immediate area, a phenomenal and efficient office team and maintenance team, and decent neighbors. Neighborhood is also conveniently located to so much. I always recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move in the area.

The support in this community has been amazing. I love meeting new neighbors and the feel of the community. Location couldn’t be better. There are some features that are a bit dated like the ac controls, light switches, the gate fobs and the door access (keys vs fobs) but the community is normally very clean and peaceful. Maintenance staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Wasn’t a bad community to live in overall. Unit layouts are nice and spacious. Unfortunately mine had issues with leaks that were reoccurring and a constant issue.

This week marks 4 years since I moved into this community and I am still so happy with my experience here. The area continues to develop, so location is very convenient. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and I would say some of the best in the area. However, what makes the difference for me compared to many other communities in the area are the leasing and maintenance teams - I can state without a doubt they are THE best! Leasing office is super responsive to calls/emails and so efficient (Bianca is amazing!) - which if you're new to the South Florida area, is not easy to find around here. Maintenance team is on point - you submit a request and they don't just handle it ASAP, but go above and beyond with checking any possible issues in the apartment (which I greatly appreciate). Neighbors are respectful and friendly for the most part (I have not had any issues in the 4 years here), parking isn't a major issue, and community is well maintained inside and out.

I have been living here for about eight months and I love to live here. My neighbor are very nice and very friendly. The outside of the apartments are very cleans. I love to go to the pool and to the gym. Everybody there are nuce people. The girls at the office are very nice
ever since i moved into this community i am privileged to call this place home. there has not been one complaint since living here. my friends and family love it as much as i do.

It’s in a great location for me from work. However, some of the teenagers and younger residents and visitors in the complex play loud music late at night. We have also experienced packages missing after being delivered to our door.
