I just moved into Mira and I work from home. I have a nice view, the coffee machines are excellent and the entire team of staff is so respectful and ready to help. I recommend moving here if you like nice views, a chilled pool, and other nice amenities.

I lived at Mira for a little over 2 years and have had a wonderful experience. There were never any bug issues (I know a lot of places have those) and I always felt completely safe. The only downside I really experienced was the way packages are dealt with. They first have to go to an offsite warehouse before someone then delivers it to your door. This was a problem for things like Hello Fresh, since it might not be delivered to you until the next day (depending on when it gets delivered to the warehouse).

Office team and maintenance do an amazing job keeping the building clean and I always feel comfortable going to them with any questions or concerns. My renewal is coming up and with all the specials these other places are giving not worth this exceptional services this teams provides. I am not so sure I will get this over at these other places. Currently, I reside on the top floor of Mira Midtown, occupying one of their premium penthouses. Consequently, I pay a substantial amount for my residence. At Mira Midtown, safety and security measures are inadequate. On a near-weekly basis, my apartment has been the target of attempted break-ins. Despite numerous complaints and escalating incidents, no action has been taken to ensure my well-being. Furthermore, two out of the four elevators are consistently malfunctioning. This is a significant inconvenience and has frequently resulted in delays I pay for designated parking, but other individuals are permitted to park in my parking spot without consequence. Despite repeated complaints and escalating incidents, this matter persists and has not been addressed. On several occasions, the maintenance team has exhibited a tardiness in responding to requests. I have personally observed instances where there was no heating during the winter months, and maintenance personnel responded with a delayed response. Furthermore, there have been numerous instances where plumbing issues arose, resulting in maintenance responses that were approximately 80 to 90 hours later. As a Global Senior Vice President, for a company that employs over 330,000 full-time employees and has a substantial presence in over 170 countries, I engage in international client relations on a consistent basis. During all my meetings, the incessant barking of the neighbor’s dog has consistently disrupted countless meetings. Additionally, I am a college professor who teaches online courses at a prestigious Ivy League university. My class sessions are frequently interrupted by the dog’s barking. Over the past year and a half, I have diligently escalated my complaints to the internal property management team. However, matters and issues at Mira Midtown are never addressed. Despite multiple escalations and complaints, all issues persist. Regrettably, I am compelled to relocate after the expiration of my current lease. My partner and our two cats stayed at MIRA midtown for several months before we moved out to our new home. From the moment our interest in the complex was sparked to the day of our move-out, the entire team consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and unwavering support. I especially valued the transparency of the leasing office; they promptly and openly communicate with the entire community whenever there are updates or events. Last but certainly not least, the apartment's design surpassed my expectations. Upon moving into our new home, a new construction, I found myself repeatedly thinking, "If only the builder could have designed certain aspects as brilliantly as Mira did."

I really love living at Mira. The building is so aesthetically pleasing and everyone working in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of residing in Mira is the monthly events that are both engaging and innovative. Recently, I attended a sound bath event that was exceptionally soothing and relaxing Living here, I never feel like I need to go out to find something fun to do. Mira isn't just where I live; it's a place that always has something exciting happening.

Incredible property and even more incredible team! The team made my move-in experience seamless. Matt, the community director, personally walked me up to my apartment, assisted with a delivery, and had a lovely welcome gift waiting for me. In the year that I’ve been living at Mira my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The leasing and concierge team have been phenomenal and make us feel welcome every time we return home. They’re accommodating, very responsive, and host a lot of fun events. Living here feels like living at a boutique hotel and the units are truly nicer than any apartment community I’ve ever lived at. From the finishes and ample storage to the massive closets and exceptional views, the apartment feels more like a high-end home. 10/10 Luxury!

Mira is the most gorgeous property I have ever lived. Exceptional location being walking distance to most major attractions in midtown (The High, the symphony, colony square, and piedmont park). The approval process was incredibly smooth and easy with consistent communication through move in date to your first months living here constantly checking in. Matt, Kiara, Brent, Ramon, Yasmeen and Anna are the absolute best, being sure to go over and beyond to make your living experience the best possible. Living here always starts with a smile and a few laughs along the way. HIGHLY recommend. Also exceptional maintenance team!

Great overall service, never had better. Pool service was GREAT loved the bars variety and overall pricing was well-maintained.
