Staff gets back to you ASAP. Move in was quick and easy! Love the location and modern look of my new home :) would highly recommend to friends and family
The house is very nice. And the staff, especially Sarah and John, are fantastic. They really help to make the place feel like home. We’ve also enjoyed getting to know our neighbors.
The house is beautiful and the natural light can’t be beat. However, it is wildly expensive and everything is cheaply built. We’ve had tons of issues with the house just in the first few months. The front office and maintenance are super friendly and responsive.
The homes and community are wonderful. The leasing office team is phenomenal and quick to respond to any questions. The community facilities are great!
Overall a good community with friendly renters and nice homes- my reservation is that it is over priced and new management does not respond to questions quickly. When we rented the management promoted the fact that the premium cost included everything- but now they are nickel and diming water softener salt. A good short term option but wouldn’t recommend for anything long term.

Quiet and lovely neighbourhood. The houses are modern and clean. The only hiccup we had was the keys were handed to us in the office with no introduction to the property, how the cooling/heating system works, how some of the lights work or how to schedule them to go on or off, and few other bits like that. But when reaching out, the maintenance guy was extremely helpful and friendly.

Love it. The design is so beautiful and the people at the leasing office are super nice. Love how many windows the house has, so much natural light. Insulation could be a little better tho.

Nice place to live. Good location and friendly staff. Close to shops and freeway access. Snowplowing and lawn maintenance included. 2 car garage included in most homes.

We loved this place. We just wanted a home which we could customize more.
I will start with the quality of the homes. They went very cheap on a lot of things within the home. There is no insulation in the sides of the home and they are so close together that I could hear my neighbors' conversations and listen to their music and television at all hours of the day and night. There are no filters or reverse osmosis system in the house and the water in Maple Grove is HORRIBLY HARD water. You can't even filter it; we had to buy distilled water to drink. The carpet is extremely cheap, and you will likely have to pay for replacement out of your deposit should you live here. When I moved out, there was an ink pen stain in the master bedroom closet that I could not get out (even used a professional carpet cleaner) and they charged me to replace the entire upstairs carpet, including the stairs ($1500). I was shocked, as I have rented for many years and never heard of a company doing this before. They also charged me $400 for "extra painting" charges, which I have never heard of either. Just assume that you will not get your deposit back when you move in. Myself and several other residents also noticed that heating and cooling did not work properly in the two story homes, we sometimes had to open a window when it was 30 degrees outside because our bedroom was so hot. The equally worst thing is the management company. When we moved in, the house we rented was missing a sliding screen door on the back patio; when we moved out, we still didn't have one. One resident had her air conditioner go out in the middle of July and no one responded to the emergency for two days. We had an electrical issue with the home we were in where the breaker in a locked room where the internet, water heater, etc. would randomly trip and we would lose internet and hot water. We had to call the "hotline" and it would take hours for someone to come out and unlock the room to reset the breaker. This happened over a dozen times before an electrician came out. The salt in our water softener ran out multiple times (you could tell by the way your clothes smelled and felt out of the washer and when you were showering) and it took multiple weeks and phone calls to get it refilled. The pool was only open in August for 4 hours in the morning, Monday - Thursday. My husband got a job in another state in the middle of our lease, and the company would not give us the option of buying out our lease early.
Property isn’t maintained and construction is shoddy. There are weeds in the landscaping and dead grass patches everywhere. At the time of this review there are still no amenities open to residents. Take your money and rent elsewhere.
